So I change shifts recently a little over 6 months ago I was on ON but our Wal-mart decided that fresh food wouldn't work ON anymore. So I worked the 1st for a while but now am on 2nd. It is suppose to be everyone works in all fresh food department but besides me only another lady did this and she was pulled for FT Deli their are few others who work more than one department but am the only one who will work all. No one but me and now a FT frozen worker do frozen I really feel for him he wants to work other departments but he is the only one now on 1st that will work there.
But this week while many work with many in one department so far, except for one day I have had to work 3 to 4 departments a day.
Me and the first shift frozen person do like frozen but with the new system they put us with the bulk of the customers and with less people to do more work. And our frozen is in the front of the store with a bread side in our narrow 3rd isle opposite of our frozen vegetable it is pretty much always busy except on ON. Please prayer for me I gave up my last job because i am way to old to be trying to twist and turn my body every which way so I can do my job and not get in the customers' way.
