given they're the most overpriced, most horrible food on planet earth, i have no problems not buying their bones that they pass off as food.

They are really overpriced; compared to the fresh and healthier whole rotisserie chicken you can get at Walmart for like the price of one or two KFC breasts.

no, i actually like the coleslaw.

the chicken is not that good to me.
I'm not a boycotter for the most part. They typically don't work. Look at Target's stock evaluation from the time that that boycott started decades ago to now. The Budweiser brand is hurting, but the parent company is not hurting in the least.

I like chicken and I used to love KFC chicken. There was a while there some years ago that they were using chickens so small that their pieces were ridiculously small. They learned from that but I'm pretty sure their secret recipe isn't being used any more because their chicken simply isn't nearly as good as it used to be. They've gone the lower cost route which always is the beginning of the downfall of restaurants...

The restaurant nearest me is a KFC/Taco Bell combo so I can always get Taco Bell food. There's also a Popeyes in the other direction - their chicken is pretty good and I can order shrimp popcorn with it too!

We have all of those near by but out those three, we usually get KFC the most. I think my little brother likes Popeyes more though, at least did at a point in time.

I think either the 1st or 2nd Taco Bell every built is down the street from us

The linked advertisement is just weird. It encompasses idolatry, human sacrifice, and hints at cannibalism, while appearing to mock Christian baptism. What is clear is that it has almost nothing to do with fried chicken.

BELIEVE PART 2 : ALL HAIL GRAVY

I would encourage any Christians who still eat KFC to consider carefully the values of the company they are supporting.
I have not had KFC in quite a while. The quality of their chicken has gone down hill over the years. I really loved KFC back in the 70's and 80's.

Now I did try their spicy chicken sandwich and thought it was pretty good when it first came out prior to covid. The chicken was grilled, thick and juicy. After covid the chicken was fried, thin and dried out.
