Baptism is a baptism of repentance. No one has the ability to make a decision when they are a baby:
7 But when he saw many of the Pharisees and Sadducees come to his baptism, he said unto them, O generation of vipers, who hath warned you to flee from the wrath to come?
8 Bring forth therefore fruits meet for repentance:
9 And think not to say within yourselves, We have Abraham to our father: for I say unto you, that God is able of these stones to raise up children unto Abraham.
10 And now also the axe is laid unto the root of the trees: therefore every tree which bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.
11 I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance: Matt 3:7-11
I have not been baptized out of my own decision, if I refuse to do so am I not forgiven and saved?
What does the bible say? It says that everyone is to be baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus for the remission of sin. (Acts 2:38) You have to make your own decision whether to obey or not.
The following is my personal opinion. I think it is possible that children that die before being given the opportunity to know about Jesus and obey the gospel may actually get their chance to do so in the Millennial Reign.
AGAIN, I have not seen this clearly in the Word. It is an opinion.
Your profile indicates you are in the United States. I was unaware there was such a lack of water in the States.
As in every case God our first love. must work in us to do the first works.It is the work of God working with us that we can believe, no faith of our own self.
To beleive is to be baptized in the authority of the name of God .
Like if not baptized, no belief.

see for it for your own eyes, maybe it would be best to bottle the bathhouses in churches and send it where it’s needed.

it is ok my friend I understand it’s all good, in America I can turn on faucet to get water, water is plentiful in the U.S. I do think baptism is a expression, maybe I’m just thinking way to deep or seen to much of what’s going on in the world. no doubt I’ve only seen the surface of it, the horrors of it is vast. maybe I’ll get the courage to do it instead of feeling a little unworthy of it.
None of us is worthy. Praise God that He has provided a way for our sinful selves to be forgiven.

Something is definately WRONG in my opinion. I'll call it how I see it.
If someone is presented an opportunity to get baptized and refuses it, thats a big red flag.
Examine if you are in the faith, as we all should (including me).
But come on man! Stop with the "people dont got water in other countries" gimmick and get baptized will you? Do you think people didn't have water shortages during apostolic times? Didn't stop ANYONE in the Bible from getting baptized.

Upon examination of what Jesus said in Matthew 28:19 and comparing that to all occurrences where water baptisms were performed the answer becomes clear. Also, Paul's interaction with the Corinthian church speaks volumes as well:
"Is Christ divided? was Paul crucified for you? or were ye baptized in the name of Paul?"
Clearly Paul's point was that the Corinthians knew that Jesus was the one who had been crucified for them. Not Paul. And for that matter not the Father or the Holy Ghost. And because of that truth they had submitted to baptism in Jesus' name. Paul goes on to say:
"I thank God that I baptized none of you, but Crispus and Gaius;
Lest any should say that I had baptized in mine own name." 1 Cor 1:13-15
Each individual has to make up their own mind after considering the biblical evidence. Your walk is between you and God as is mine.
I was obedient to what is seen in the Word because Jesus said that it is the Word everyone will be judged by.

Well then, why are you disobeying the Words of Jesus at Matthew 28:19-20? Look what Jesus says at vs20, "teaching them (that is the disciples that are already saved) to observe ALL THAT I COMMANDED YOU; and lo I am with you always even to the end of the age."
This is not hard to understand because you have Jesus saying to water baptize in the name/AUTHORITY of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. So the question is why are you only baptizing in the name of Jesus and exclusing the authroity of the Father and the Holy Spirit?
And to make matters even worse for you, what Jesus said here pre-dates what was done at Acts 2:38 or for that matter any other verses that you have quoted to support your heretical view. You have to know how to "reconcile" (and not just here but throughout the Bible) verses that "appear" to contradict each other. God does not contradict Himself.
It's easy on your part just to say, "Well God knows those who are His." Or, "God will judge who is right," and finally, "each individual has to make up his own mind, which means your view is leaving people hanging and as the Apostle Paul said, "upsetting the faith of some." Your not being logical wansvic and God is "NEVER" illogical. In short, your causing confusion in the body of Christ Church. Remember, God has to say something only once for it to be the truth.
