If Russia does not attack the US it is on a path that will lead to its demise. NATO and the US have allowed the destruction of Ukraine, no doubt because the price of saving Ukraine is Ukraine. These drone attacks have proved devastating and the impact on Russia's economy will be huge. Germany, Japan and France are also feeling the heat. Russia is in a corner where they will lose and their only hope of not being destroyed is to take out the US. If the US goes down, so does France and Germany and Japan will not be able to defend the South China sea from China.

What is China doing?
Perhaps they are luring the US navy to Taiwan opening up the US to the surprise attack. The main reason I say this is because about six months ago, maybe longer, I shared a prophecy from a sister saying that prior to the surprise attack on the US China would surround Taiwan and the US Navy would rush to her defense leaving us open to the attack.
Another reason I say this is that Xi, Putin and Kim do not like to be bullied. Yes, Trump did bully them in the past and they were unprepared to respond, but I believe they have been plotting for the last five or six years on how to get back at him.
The third reason I say this is that it would be foolish for China to invade Taiwan and take it by force. The strategic significance of Taiwan is their semiconductor chip factories that make the best chips in the world. If that were destroyed it would be a huge loss for China and that could easily be destroyed in the event of an attack. Also, Taiwan has been digging in for the last 70+ years. They have had the money, the resources and the motivation to prepare to defend themselves from Mainland China for all that time. Everyone goes through military training. So the minute they are under attack they would be able to mobilize millions more of trained reservists. Also their military bases are hardened, their air force is housed underneath mountains and they fly in and out of the air base on the East side of the island, the side that would be defended by the US.
But of course there is another reason. Part of the Taiwan defense plan is a counterattack. They have agents on the ground in China ready to be activated. They have drones and other weapons that can evade China's air defense and blow up key sites. One of which is the 3 Gorges dam which would flood the Yangtze river basin, that is the heart of China's manufacturing and where 500 million people live. They can definitely do some really serious damage to China in the event of an attack.
However, if the US falls in the surprise attack, the Great Babylon that is destroyed in one hour, well then it changes the entire equation for Taiwan. Without the US as an ally more than half of the Taiwanese would opt for peaceful reunification.
