Remember brother's and sister's, ...the Bible is one big story, narrative, picture,.... that is written by other stories within it.
the main characters are GOD, Jesus, Holy Spirit,.....and Lucifer.
when we read the Bible it must be as a whole...we have "In the beginning" and it starts there....We learn the character of GOD, the sacrifice of our saviour, & the Intercession of the Holy Spirit to counter....Lucifer....through so many of those stories contained in the Bible,
All the information we gather from reading the Bible, builds one big picture, that culminates in the separation of the saved from the dammed.

GOD's Christian church is being persecuted and almost wiped out, hidden from the people, light will be consumed by darkness, but GOD made sure to strengthen it.. so it could persevere,

Joseph was like a king when he was given the Pharaoh's signet ring and had authority over all.He is represented as the remnant when his brother's decided to try kill him.Read those chapters and it foreshadows what's to happen in a spiritual sense.The remnant give the spiritual bread(grain) in revelation.

Zerubbabel is called the Lord's signet ring too.He rebuilds the temple.Both of them are considered a remnant.

The remnant are even in the priesthood.They're the Levite's who 'stood up' for God(we are to stand for God) when Moses asked who is for God to come to him.They were given a everlasting priesthood.(the remnant,not the Levite's)

The remnant carry are Ark of the Covenant over the Jordan river.Who are led by TWO WITNESSES'S!!(Joshua and ArronBut even Before that,There were two witnesses in Moses and Aaron.They are the one's who God had chosen to lead Israel out of Egypt.They are the only one's left alive to see the promise land after being captive in Egypt(witnesses)
More hints are when two spies are sent over the Jordan to spy out Jericho.They're two witnesses who are also the remnant that made it to the promise land!
So many hints who are two witnesses are.They say our lives for yours to the prostitute Rahab( spiritual prostitute/sinner)The Two Witnesses in Revelation do give their lives to Rahab and all who are her's.
When they lay down in hiding on the roof top in flak,it's a spiritual sign of who and what they do.Flak was used for the making of bricks for roads and walls.

In Gideon's army they're also a remnant and again there are two spies sent into to gather information on the enemy.The two spies are a part of the remnant and are one.

In Revelation,the 144,000 will be like spies in that they will give witness to the testimony of Jesus in the mist of the enemy.No one can stop them till they're finished with their task.The bible will likely be banned and Christian's will be persecuted.
They are the spirit of Elijah with the double anointing.The Lords signet ring.Their eye's will be like blazing fire and they'll be like bright light.You ever see those portraits of Jesus or the prophets with a circle of light behind their head?being filled with the spirit.
It's the Holy Spirit that comes in Jesus name.And when you see them,it'll be like you're looking at Jesus.Didn't God say to Moses it be as God himself was speaking?
To the 144,000 it will be like looking through somebody else's eyes.They are the 144,000 Temples of God!
People who are hungry and thirsty will be drawn in to them.

There's other clues too that tie in the remnant and the two witnesses are the one and the same.

5 And in their mouth was found no guile: for they are without fault before the throne of God.

6 And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people.

There's no way I could have connected these dots on my own.God himself revealed them to me back when I didn't believe in him.I thought he was a liar and was stubborn to him.Then he put it in my heart to pick up a Bible and start reading.Everything he said was the truth.So while I kept reading it made me feel so light headed as dot after dot was connected.
Even after that it took me awhile to realize just who the Two Witnesses were.I know a lot of people wont believe me.My family hate's it when I bring up this kind of stuff lol.

I believe you brother ...I assumed it happened to a'lot of his people....as he says the closer we get to him the stronger and more enlightened we become....you took me to the end to make your statement, but I guess a'lot of others will appreciate it as well.

I'm glad at least one person believes.Another good hint is in Ezra.

Ezra 3:1-2
And when the seventh month was come, and the children of Israel were in the cities, the people gathered themselves together as one man to Jerusalem.
2 Then stood up Jeshua the son of Jozadak, and his brethren the priests, and Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel, and his brethren, and builded the altar of the God of Israel, to offer burnt offerings thereon, as it is written in the law of Moses the man of God.

The Levite's are symbolic of the remnant.They were set aside on the day they were given a everlasting priesthood.When people quote this verse that's connected to The Two Witnesses,they never explain why it's Zerubbabel who will complete the rebuilding.It is because it is the remnant of Revelation that will complete it!

Zechariah 4:1-10
And the angel that talked with me came again, and waked me, as a man that is wakened out of his sleep.
2 And said unto me, What seest thou? And I said, I have looked, and behold a candlestick all of gold, with a bowl upon the top of it, and his seven lamps thereon, and seven pipes to the seven lamps, which are upon the top thereof:

The Levite's oversaw the rebuilding of the temple and even built the walls protecting the temple itself!That itself is symbolic what the word of God does for you.What good is a kingdom without walls for protection?
That is why the two spies were hidden in the flak while Rahab kept them from the enemy.It's a hidden truth.A sign.

I've given plenty of scripture to support who The Two Witnesses are.And there is more.
