It say God hardened Pharoah heart not that he had a hard heart

That is correct. God did harden his heart.

Obviously conributing factors:
Iniquity
Lack of humility
'My way' mentality.

Its more of a warning of what can happen.

Our purpose is to fight and declare and thus crush the opponents of God that threaten the righteous.

Wanting something that is evil cause it means the end is sooner isnt a solution, its switching sides. Our appointed duty is to break the power of such an individual.

149 [a]Praise the Lord!
Sing to the Lord a new song,
And His praise in the congregation of the godly ones.
2
Let Israel be glad in his Maker;
Let the sons of Zion rejoice in their King.
3
Let them praise His name with dancing;
Let them sing praises to Him with timbrel and lyre.
4
For the Lord takes pleasure in His people;
He will beautify the afflicted ones with salvation.

5
Let the godly ones exult in glory;
Let them sing for joy on their beds.
6
Let the high praises of God be in their [c]mouth,
And a two-edged sword in their hand,
7
To execute vengeance on the nations
And punishment on the peoples,
8
To bind their kings with chains
And their nobles with fetters of iron,
9
To execute on them the judgment written;
This is an honor for all His godly ones.
[d]Praise [e]the Lord!

—Psalm 149

Note: kings are demons and so forth. Hebrew is a metaphorical language.

Pharaoh is described as hardening his own heart in Exodus 7:13, 7:22, 8:15, 8:19, 8:32, 9:7, 9:34-35.

God's hardening:
In Exodus 9:12, 10:1, 10:20, 10:27, 11:10, 14:4, 14:8, 14:17, God is described as hardening Pharaoh's heart.
