Believers "keep" (Greek word "tereo" - guard, observe, watch over) the commandments BECAUSE we know Him and not in order to know Him. 1 John 2:3 - By this we know that we have come to know Him, (already know Him/already saved/demonstrative evidence) if we "keep" (Greek word "tereo" - guard, observe, watch over) His commandments. (This is descriptive of genuine believers) 4 The one who says, “I have come to know Him,” and does not keep (guard, observe, watch over) His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. (That is descriptive of unbelievers)

Strong's Greek: 5083. τηρέω (téreó) -- to watch over, to guard (biblehub.com)

John 17:3 - And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent (which is an intimate, experiential knowledge, found only in a relationship). The term "know" implies intimate, experiential knowledge, through a relationship with Him and not merely theoretical knowledge.

Yes, we know Him. The reason we know is because we keep the commandments. But it doesn't say keeping the commandments produces eternal life. The whole book is a set of proofs designed to let believers KNOW that they have eternal life...5:13. This is the key verse in the epistle and establishes the purpose of the book...These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that you have eternal life,...
So picking one of the evidences of knowing that one has eternal life and calling that eternal life is the problem here. You are one of any number of Judaizers who have joined the site recently and are trying to teach others here that we should relate to God on the basis of the law. That has been tried and has failed. That's the whole reason a better covenant was necessary.
Thankfully, based on the pushback you are receiving, people aren't falling for it.

Jesus had made a long winded sermon. It’s called the Sermon on the Mount (See Matthew 5-7).
Stephen had made a long winded sermon, and He was killed because of it (See: Acts 7).
So just because somebody speaks God’s Word for a lengthy amount of time does not automatically equate with it being unbiblical.

A sermon is meant to be long winded. When the pastor of my church preaches a sermon, I don't expect him to quote one Bible verse and then the sermon is over. That's not the same as a Biblical discussion on doctrine. You need to reason through the scriptures verse by verse and not 300-page novel by 300-page novel all at once. You do that on purpose in order to drown others out and now you are exploiting Scripture on sermons above in order to try and justify yourself.

The Bereans were more noble because they searched the Scriptures to see whether those things be so or not (Acts 17:10-11).
Well, you are not doing that. You have given no indication to me here that you are going to look at the verses I presented.

Give me a break! I have already gone over several verses that you presented multiple times and on multiple Christian forum sites. You just don't listen, and you only seem interested in promoting yourself.

Read Titus 3:5 in context. It’s talking about ”Initial Salvation” because it says we are saved by the washing and regeneration of the Holy Ghost. This happened when we were born again spiritually, which was when we first got saved.

There is no initial salvation. If your not saved your not saved. Where do you come up with this crap?

Uh, no. Ephesians 5:25-27 is not referring to a one time event, but a continual washing. It says washing of the water of the Word. It is also in context to one loving their wife. This would be in action and not by a belief alone or with words alone. One loves their wife by their actions in being faithful to her. If they are unfaithful to their wife, they are not loving towards her.

Onne loves their wife because they are saved.

yet who loves perfectly? Only God.

Do you think God is going to recieve your bloody rags as payment for sin? Read what Jesus said.. Many in that day will come and tell him of all their good works in his name, and he ill say depart from him for he NEVER KNEW THEM..

But the children of the kingdom will be cast into outer darkness (See: Matthew 8:12). So just being a child of the Kingdom guarantees nothing of your entrance into the Kingdom by any means (See: Matthew 13:41-42, and the compare it with John 8:34-35).

That s talking about non believing jews. The kingdom of Israel. He talks about how many gentiles will sit with him, while many children of the kingdom (Israel) wil be cast.

He certainly has. But children, I've found, only really need 3 things:
Firm boundaries
A set of expectations
To know that you will love them no matter what
Kind of like us with our heavenly Father.
