I don't think they know enough to feel that way.
They think God's word is a joke. They don't believe a word of it. Which is why they abuse it.
Anton LaVey was a carnival huckster. Then he claimed to later be a Satanist.
He was a liar and a fool. A con man and an opportunity. And a pervert whocsired a son on his daughter during a "black rite".
Avon books approached him during the 6p's when the hippie movement was just getting started. They asked if his "church" also had its own Bible. And would be be interested in writing one.
He did. Sort of. By plagiarizing the writings of Nietzsche,Ayn Rand,a huge hypocrite if her own ideology,and a racist whose pen name was Ragnard Redbeard and his work, "Might is Right".
Interjecting his own commentary,reworking the aforementioned authors original work, Howard Levy,aka Anton, produced that Satanic Bible.
He made and squandered a fortune between book sales and Church of Satan membership fees. If a memberostvtheir little red membership card they owed the fee again. $200.00 at one time.ukely more now because CoS is pretty much a punchline now. It was always a joke.
They're self avowed Atheist Hedonists.
Atheists, who claim to revere the antithesis of ......God! Exploiting the moral code of the Judeo-Christian faith through indulgence in the antithesis is stupid.
They're immoral unbelieving perverted sinners. Period. Claiming the name of a religions enemy makes them boogymen.
Anyway. Anton later contracted cancer. He died in a Christian hospital. His last witnessed words were of terror at what his fading worldly consciousness saw waiting.
The point of that protracted screed is, the enemies of Christ think this life is a game. They play with what others hold holy and dear. Because they don't believe in what they're mocking. They have no joy in life. Except to bait and goad Christians.
Just like LaVay.
When the time comes for their consciousness to depart this world unless God chooses to intervene they'll realize the error of their ways.

I guess it is common for SDAs and their ilk to create different definitions for words when they don't fit their narrative.

Heb 8:6 But now He has obtained a more excellent ministry, inasmuch as He is also Mediator of a better covenant, which was established on better promises.
Still has God’s law now written in the heart based on the better promises of Him doing. Heb 8:10 through our love and cooperation John 14:15-18

You did not specify what has changed under the new covenant.
The priesthood changed.
The physical temple is obsolete and that is a significant change.

The commandment was nullified. Which commandment was that?
The written law (Exodus 20) is now written on the heart so we don't need Exodus 20.
That's assuming 'God's law' is the ten when it may be the law of love.
Tithing changed as that was a written law and we know it's not of the letter of the law.
The covenant changed and is no longer based on the book of the written law, but on grace.
Gentiles have the green light now and the Jews have a red light, that's a big change.
Acts 26:18
To open their eyes so that they may turn from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God,
that they may receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who have been sanctified by faith in Me.
Our justification and sanctification is by faith in Jesus now and not from us.
Obedience to the law did not grant salvation but by grace we are saved now.
