Yeah i've heard this too and i'm not sure what to make of it. One of those mysteries we don't understand since we are separated from God for now .
I assure you there is no reincarnation, it is the invention of men. There will be a resurrection, but what we will do afterwards is not really known. we will see one day soon.

1.) There isn't anything in the Bible to indicate your soul goes wandering around without your body... biblically, when your soul leaves your body, that's what we'd call being dead.
2.) I don't think there's anything in science to indicate your soul goes wandering around without your body.
3.) Overall, there doesn't seem to be any reason to believe this stuff.
Conclusion:
1.) We should probably refrain from believing every nutty claim we hear on the internet... we should expect some evidence.
2.) If there isn't substantial evidence for a claim, there's no reason to give it much thought.

However, the human version of reincarnation might also rely on some kind of bovine secretion.

Indeed, this is the verse when i think about things of this nature.
Because i don't like a lot of things that we do here, like eating, sleeping or dreaming.
So since Jesus is our guide, i only know that our spiritual state can "defeat" our physical state and we CAN live on faith for several days like Jesus did in the dessert and like some saints in history have done.
I would prefer our physical state to be one which "feeds" on light not on what the Earth produces and that Light comes from God.
But hey one day we may know these mysteries.
Something similar like this happened during the earthquke in Turkey which happened not too long ago.
In the rubble, when they were looking for people they found a little girl, buried alive. She was calm and besides all the rubble and dust she wasn't shaken.
When the crew wanted to give her water and food, she said "Oh no it's okay, there was a man in a white horse who came earlier and gave me water".
And when they ran vitals on her, she seemed hydrated buried under the rubble for two days !
So there you go. Another miracle in the list of miracles.
As far as Tik Tok goes, don't worry about that too much. It's how people get information nowadays with a side of bias.

This will not be any kind of reincarnation based upon karma, obedience to the laws, sacraments, etc as the Mormons and eastern religions want us to believe. They are believers in their own good works, so they are condemned.

However, the afterlife we are prepared a body of glory and this is how we get that if the Object of our faith is not our works but rather....

You can sdpeak and talk about it we are given the information but have you ever seen the results?
I have been to hell I saw the results of so called Christians yet how many fell into the pit, this is dead serious if you know the actual cost if you feel the importance of just one lost soul having to endure the price of hell it would shake you to your core it would make you desperate to saver even just one losty soul
You do not know the horrific and soul bending things hell has.
Just imagine yourself there being in a cage that drops into the lake of fire at arandom time just imagine being there in fire and such heat that your shirt is glued to your skin from sweat the thirst that you never knew was even possible the demons who out of hatred attack peel your skin layer upon layer all the while the heat and fire searing the newly exposed fleshed all of it until you are bare bones then repeating the process.
I could describe things I Saw there that only the most twisted minds could think of but it made active I saw what the cost is it sin't about me it is about them those who can be saved if you do not know the true horror you do not have the resolve to save them

You might be surprised that the saved receive eternal life and cannot be condemned to hell.
You also said that you went to hell.
I've heard the testimony of a few people who likewise described that.
That had to be terrifying.
Why not watch the following and consider that you never have to go there again?
