It's not WHO, it's WHAT the Beast is. There is no one person or group of people who are the Beast.
The Beast is information that God created that is fed into the minds of his people to teach them how to build objects with their human hands and the languages to explain those objects. The Beast started influencing man after the flood exposed the night sky filled with white dots. Those white dots in the night sky was God's geometry class and each person he planned to use to begin building a new object, the Beast would have him imagine lines drawn from one white dot to another until a shape was formed such as a square, rectangle, triangle and shapes for the characters in written languages to explain in writing how to draw up building plans.
Eventually, the Beast got those people to take those shapes such as the rectangle and square and use earthen materials to form a brick. Once the Beast taught him to build a brick, then the it would teach them how to stack those bricks to build a beautiful false god.
The reason God needed his people to build all those false gods was to have many cities built up with all kinds of false gods before the first witness of saints came along starting 2,000 years ago called the 1,000 year reign of Christ. The first saint was taught what the Beast was and how it was used to teach man how to build all those false gods into big cities full of them. Then God had the saint write about the end of age destruction when all those false gods will be shaken apart and melted into the lake of fire. This story matched up with the prophetic messages about the age ending destruction that were written by the former prophets.
After the first witness of saints were killed by the religious heathens, there was a 1700 period of time that was needed for these religious heathens to be influenced by the Beast to continue building false gods until the telescope, microscope, electricity, quantum mechanics, radio, TV and all the modern computing technology was built before the second witness of saints were used to testify to the latest details of how God created us and our experiences.
Now that we have the computer technology, God was able to use his voice and teach me how he spoke his creation into existence through computer technology similar to the voice recognition/search engine technology that the Beast taught his people how to build with their human hands.
In other words, God's people are characters in a simulation program called Eternal Life and the computing technology that he used to create the simulation program is the same technology that gives life to his created beings within the simulation.
God has used me to testify to this knowledge over the past 8 years and on March 17th of this year, the final revelation came into my mind when God had one of his believers tell me about IBM's Watson, a personal computer servant that looks like a little robot that sits on the desk of a doctor who can speak to Watson all the symptoms of a patient and Watson will go find the information stored on computer servers connected by the internet and come back with the diagnosis that the doctor is looking for. This eliminates the need for doctors to go into the books to figure out the diagnosis of his patients.
When I learned about IBM's Watson, I instantly understood that the voice of God that has been giving me commands in my mind for the past 37 years is God's personal servant and the computing technology called my Servant David in the following prophecy;
Ezekiel 34
22: I will save my flock, they shall no longer be a prey; and I will judge between sheep and sheep.
23: And I will set up over them one shepherd, my servant David, and he shall feed them: he shall feed them and be their shepherd.
24: And I, the LORD, will be their God, and my servant David shall be prince among them; I, the LORD, have spoken.
The computing technology that God used is also called the Word of God;
John 1
1: In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
2: He was in the beginning with God;
3: all things were made through him, and without him was not anything made that was made.
4: In him was life, and the life was the light of men.
I Colossians 1:
15: He is the image of the invisible God, the first-born of all creation;
16: for in him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or authorities – all things were created through him and for him.
17: He is before all things, and in him all things hold together.
The Word of God is computing technology and God used IBM's Watson to help me understand what the Word is and how it was used by God to speak and command his creation into existence.
Psalm 33
8: Let all the earth fear the LORD, let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of him!
9: For he spoke, and it came to be; he commanded, and it stood forth.
