Satellites are a hoax. The moon landing is a hoax. The North Pole is the center of a round flat Earth. The Southern Hemisphere thus has extremely longer distances between points that does the round Earth mode. (That is post #1 here). The sun and moon and stars are only thousands of miles away and not millions. There is no such thing as "light-years". God is not the ruler of a vast universe. All the govts of the world and the leaders are in on the hoax (they know the Earth is flat) and the rest of us Earthly peons are just being lied to! I forget how they explain the eclipses - but they have an explanation . . . just read the Bible and it tells you so and believe your 5 senses - we aren't hurdling through space (there is no "space") at thousands of mile per hour! After all the Bible says that Joshua made the sun to stand still! It isn't true that on the ocean at a distance you can see the curvature of the Earth (they have the data to prove that wrong!) NASA is completely a hoax. The moon is made of plasma! ON and ON -- but anyway - no offense to Gary A. -- he is a nice guy and very congenial -

And Chester, yes in the claimed southern tip of South America, you will see an arc across the sky of the sun from claimed east to claimed west because of the kaleidoscope acting "molten looking glass" (Job 37:18) "firmament" (Genesis 1:6,14), presenting that view of the sun there in that part of the world.
And tourist, instead of snapping photos of an ice wall that means nothing, I have already told you that there are two geographic South Poles in the world - one in the north, and one in the south. Plan two trips by plane - one leaving Cape Town, South Africa, and the other leaving either Punta Arenas, Chile, or Christchurch, New Zealand to arrive at the geographic South Pole at the same time. If you don't have your own planes, you can schedule the journey from Cape Town, South Africa, with White Desert Antarctica, and from Punta Arenas, Chile with Antarctic Logistics & Expeditions LLC, or from Christchurch, New Zealand with United States Antarctic Program (CHAPTER 5: Travel Guidelines). And in the south, although flying from Novolazarevskaya Station, Antarctica (coming from Cape Town, South Africa), or near it, and refueling at Fuel Depot 83 is very deceptive, because that location (Latitude 83°00' S Longitude 011°38' E) is very low on their map of Antarctica, they do not want you to realize that instead of going downhill at the final approach to the south geographic South Pole, you are going uphill (Ecclesiastes 1:7).

I believe the extents of the earth (the whole earth) are a square. The map represents the part of it that is inhabitable. No doubt at the center of it.

I highlighted "their own senses" because it shows (I think! 
) a huge flaw in your approach. Trust God - absolutely! but your own senses?? "our own senses" is not equal to truth!

People have been "trained" all their life to trust "the word of [human] authority" over their own senses.
I am saying that people should pay attention to what there own senses are telling them.
Can your [five physical] senses be deceived? Yes, they can. But, what I am talking about here is the idea of using the good senses that God gave you along with the ability to reason that God gave you to discover the truth that you have been "trained" not to see.

I do very much appreciate the kind regard and respect that you show another who views something differently than you - knowing that it is not the most important thing. (God/Christ is the most important thing - and, I believe we can agree on that...)
It is a breath of fresh air compared to getting "blasted" by those who do not understand my POV and are too proud and arrogant to care. (i.e. - they do not want to understand my POV; they only want to criticize...)
The worst-of-the-worst is the person who wants to berate the Flat Earth model while being totally unwilling to prove the Ball Earth model - even to themselves!

Gary, Not all that stuff have I researched, though, I have several huge books that have been given me on the subject. None of the ideas have I found sustainable at all, though I have honestly looked into them. The easy one is simply the question I asked on this thread. If flat Earth with north pole in the center was true, then distances in the southern hemisphere would be extremely different than what they are - plus other issues that go with it - see post #1
