You must make up your mind whether you want lots of text on a panel or less. I cannot ever possibly include all verses relevant to salvation on a single panel. God promises to circumcise our hearts so we may love Him, that is in Deuteronomy also, why did you neglect to mention that? Then we have those who act as if God enabling us means God forces us against our will, juxtaposed against being told all given to Jesus WILL come. If you want to see my John 3:16 panel, all you have to do is ask!

John 3:16
:)
I like that, although perhaps you should make a companion panel showing Christ on the cross with the manger scene in the background or off to one side?

John 12:31-32
God draws us with loving kindness .:) Yes, bro, I agree with John, but does drawing all men mean all will come?
Only those God gives to Jesus WILL come. All hear the words, but hearing means different things, too, context
provides clues, unless one is a universalist, because Jesus says all who hear will live, and it is a reference to
future life. Jesus says those with ears to hear, let them hear. Well, who has those and where did they come from?
I did not gift myself with ears to hear and eyes to see or a heart equipped to love God. God did those things for me :)
I was raised to new life while I was dead in my sins.

John 5:24-25 ~ Truly, truly, I tell you, whoever hears My word and believes Him who sent Me has eternal life and will not come under judgment. Indeed, he has crossed over from death to life. Truly, truly, I tell you, the hour is coming and has now come when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God, and those who hear will live. :)
Again, perhaps the JN 12 panel would more appropriately show Christ on the cross with the dragon of death in Revelation overlooking the scene thinking he had won.

One of my earlier panels includes the manger scene, it was the first Christmas card I designed.

It was based on the theme of the little drummer boy song.

You are free to design panels as you see fit, and I do wish you luck with that...

I did a design once by request (well, a few have been by request) using a particular image with a dragon I added...

:)
My request regarding this panel is that you continue the DT 19:30 verse and portray the option of life/blessing/heaven on one half and the option of death/cursing/hell on the other half.

(Sorry to suggest so much homework, but I think for you it is homefun :^)

The problem with that is that particular panel was not designed to address the issues we are now discussing. There is already plenty of text on that panel, and as I said before, it is impossible for me to include all relevant passages on any given panel. And sometimes only the bits relevant to a particular issue are included, because there is always so much more that can be said. Generally speaking, and certainly for the most part, I confine the text to Scripture only, though I did used to design prayer panels, and have done some dedicated to certain people, like there was a Valentine card I did for @seoulsearch early on in acknowledgement of her outstanding contributions to CC, plus her kindness to me, which I will never forget and am always grateful for... I have at least once recently put my own thoughts on a panel and that one does deal with the issues we are now discussing...

2 Corinthians 4:4 plus I wonder how when someone is blind to something, which, let's face it, means they cannot see it at all, or comprehend it, and finds the message connected to it foolishness, and is hostile in their minds toward the One True God behind it all, and loves evil, and suppresses truth, and cannot come to God on his own, being a slave of sin and unable to submit to God's law... I wonder how these people who push "free will" think such a person suddenly decides to throw over their very human nature and choose something he cannot even receive... some say without any help from God at all.

Plus the sheer amount of work already done is still not enough, there is always more to do and that includes trying to record and keep track of all my urls in a document so I can find them again for posting, and now I am also adding to the already existing document which has just the verse citations (which I almost always include in hidden text), but also the actual words of the verse. Then when anyone views my post stream, they will see not just the verse citation but the actual verse as well, even though in my post none of that is visible beyond what is on the panel itself. In my post stream that is all that is seen until the actual post is viewed.

I think the pink and blue panel with the angel figure addresses the issues you mention here...

Heh, and it is not like others have not tried suggesting to me that which they thought I should be doing, or bitterly complaining about that which I already do. Everyone is a critic! I show one of my co-workers a lot of my designs and we howl with laughter over her criticisms of them and I am always pleasantly surprised when she immediately likes one with no complaints. Plus I have made edits based on things she has said, for instance, she does not like some of the eye choices I have made, as swapping them out is often the first thing I do to a face, but the fact is too that I did not always have as many alternatives to choose from, as my collection has grown over the years to include literally tens of thousands of items I can incorporate into any design, but of course only a few will be chosen for each, and the same applies to verses. So I can at times agree with a person's assessment, and there was even a time when I could look at one or another of my panels and realize I did not like it for one reason or another, and there are a number I started and never finished as well, but it did occur to me that if something I have done does not please me then it is up to me to change it. I can't please everyone else. But that is another reason why I appreciate people like @Pilgrimshope @SilverFox7 @posthuman @Karlon and many others who express appreciation of my designs, because I have haters too and even people who are completely clueless about what I do and come here telling some made up story about it all.

I know that. I am suggesting a new DT 19:30 panel. (Think outside the panel, Maggie! :^)

I am not sure what pink and blue panel you think satisfies my request, but you should never view suggestions for new panels as complaints but rather as complements because you have the ability to do that.

You know, I used to write down verse citations, thinking, oh! This would make a great panel. But guess what? Almost any verse can or could or would or might maybe make a great panel. I have to stay in the moment with it. My designs are fairly spontaneous even though there is somewhat of a method to my madness (as I like to say) and they are also very experimental in terms of what gets added, nor do I always start with the idea of how I want it to look (hardly ever! Though I have started some thinking I want to do a pink and yellow one, for instance, or a blue and green one or etc etc. Though I may start with that idea and end up with something completely different LOL). Nor am I am going to look at every single one of the tens of thousands of items I have to add to any given panel every time I start a new design. No. Nor can I even remember everything I have to choose from or even know where to find it as my sorting/saving system has evolved over time to help me better find items by category. I used to need to have the verse first and then I would start but I have also started one and been itching to find the verse for it when one presents itself in a convo here. I think you should try making some panels yourself to see what it is like. Start with a face like this:

And see if you can end up with something like this:

I did not gift myself with ears to hear and eyes to see or a heart equipped to love God. God did those things for me :)
I was raised to new life while I was dead in my sins.

John 5:24-25 ~ Truly, truly, I tell you, whoever hears My word and believes Him who sent Me has eternal life and will not come under judgment. Indeed, he has crossed over from death to life. Truly, truly, I tell you, the hour is coming and has now come when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God, and those who hear will live. :)
“God draws us with loving kindness .:)

And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me. This he said, signifying what death he should die.”
‭‭John‬ ‭12:32-33‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us:

and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.”
‭‭1 John‬ ‭3:16‬ ‭

So then the message found in the gospel ?

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
‭‭John‬ ‭3:16‬ ‭KJV‬‬

and responding to it as if you believe it ?

“Jesus answered, Thou sayest that I am a king. To this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth. Every one that is of the truth heareth my voice.”
‭‭John‬ ‭18:37‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“and with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: that they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.”
‭‭2 Thessalonians‬ ‭2:10-12‬ ‭KJV‬‬

God wants everyone to hear and believe the truth and be saved

“For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.”
‭‭1 Timothy‬ ‭2:3-4‬ ‭KJV‬‬
“Yes, bro, I agree with John, but does drawing all men mean all will come? “

No it sure doesn’t . exactly . All are invited by God , but some will not come by thier own Will when they hear the same invite and message as those who respond to the invite of the gospel when they hear it

the gospel is the true message of Gods loving kindness that can save sinners, But only if they hear and believe it and respond in faith

“And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved;

but he that believeth not shall be damned.

And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen.”
‭‭Mark‬ ‭16:15-16, 20‬ ‭KJV‬‬

All souls belong to him sister

Behold, all souls are mine; as the soul of the father, so also the soul of the son is mine: the soul that sinneth, it shall die.”
‭‭Ezekiel‬ ‭18:4‬ ‭KJV‬‬

he loved the whole world so he died to save it , but many are t going to believe the message of the gospel

“and he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for our's only, but also for the sins of the whole world.

And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments. He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.”
‭‭1 John‬ ‭2:2-4‬ ‭

“For therefore we both labour and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the Saviour of all men,

specially of those that believe.”
‭‭1 Timothy‬ ‭4:10‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Hes everyones savior some won’t accept it only the ones who do will be saved who repent and believe the gospel

It’s this

“Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons: but in every nation he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him.”
‭‭Acts‬ ‭10:34-35‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“Then opened he their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures, and said unto them, Thus it is written, and thus it behoved Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day:

and that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem. And ye are witnesses of these things. And, behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power from on high.”
‭‭Luke‬ ‭24:45-49‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Everyone’s the same now it’s a call to sinners to repentance and salvation in Christ . It’s the gospel message sis that he sent them out to preach and establish . The same message we all read and argue about today lol there’s power in it to change hearts and minds for Jesus

the message of a sinners redemption through his Gods provision just because the sinner turns from his sin and believes in the lord who came to save him . All that mercy and forgivness undersrsnding and forebearance all that behavior is like a father who lives mankind and not a god on a throwing thunderbolts at sinners demanding everyone crawl and beg and bow ect

The lord Jesus coming as one of us being without sin yet willingly suffering and dying on our behalf along side of sinners and for us sinners who were all lost ….so we can be saved . the true message is from God and has power I like the niv
translation “ the word of God is living and active “

When your reading in the gospel how israel couldn’t believe sis it’s the result of a curse for law breaking over many generations it was fulfilled in them under that cofenant before Jesus died and rose

“And in them is fulfilled the prophecy of Esaias, which saith, By hearing ye shall hear, and shall not understand; And seeing ye shall see, and shall not perceive: For this people's heart is waxed gross, And their ears are dull of hearing, And their eyes they have closed; Lest at any time they should see with their eyes, And hear with their ears, And should understand with their heart, And should be converted, and I should heal them.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭13:14-15‬ ‭KJV‬‬

He then sent the gospel to everyone both Jew and gentile all humans who hesr words can hear the gospel but some will not like or receive the message it easily offends people it calls us to change our ways or perish

LOL! I have a little ability to draw a landscape, but none when it comes to humans--stick figures for me! My son has that ability, but he did not get it from me. So no, I will stick to admiring your work. I think I do have an aesthetic sensibility for appreciating beauty in various genres including art, nature scenes, music and GW, which is why I could vaguely visualize the couple of panels I mentioned.

I did used to draw and paint when I was younger but these are collages. The whole of my adult life professionally has been all about making people's pictures look as good as they can with what I am given, and that carries over here, as I edit just about every single element trying to improve it somehow, colour, chroma, contrast, density, lightness, brightness, exposure... some of those sound like the same thing but the effects vary. So I may start with a face but then change/blend in a different set of eyes, different/more hair, a different mouth, add colour to the cheeks, add a different neck and/or shoulders and upper torso. Every time I add something I match the skin tone to what is already there, position it as close to what is being replaced, do a lot of erasing and "smudging" to move what is under the new addition out of sight if necessary. The face is added to a background I may have constructed out of multiple layers, florals, special effects etc and always in a border set up that often layers in frames as well. Even spending less time on the borders by using previous ones I have put together, it still takes time to alter to new colour schemes and make it different enough with various effects and other layers showing through to give extra colour pops... I try to match the frame/border colours with the font colours, etc, so everything ties together, and even choosing a font takes time because I do not want to use the same one every time and some are too scrolly to be easily legible. I do appreciate people letting me know if they have trouble reading them. The whole point of all this is to display Scripture verses, after all.

By not ascribing schizophrenia to the Trinity. Both God the Father and the Son desire and allow all to be saved, but only those who cooperate with God's POS qualify for mercy and those who reject God's Way reap justice/damnation. Too easy?!
Hi GWH. You'll have to excuse my ignorance, but what is "POS"? Also, what is God's Way? I do know that the early Christians referred to themselves as "The Way", but what is God's Way? Thank you for your impending response.

I think this still applies...

:)
Of course ! yes you would be correct sis I’m saying God is responsible for the gospel he sent out to everyone and said “ whoever believes,,,,whoever believes not “ and

“For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

( this part ) For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭1:16-17‬ ‭

He gives us revelation when we spend time seeking him by the gospel he sent forth to all of us great and small all creatures.

notice how I need to hear this to believe it ?

“And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭23:9‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭5:16‬ ‭

“And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.

But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive your trespasses.”
‭‭Mark‬ ‭11:25-26‬ ‭KJV‬‬

After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭6:9‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful. Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven: give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall be given into your bosom.

For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.”
‭‭Luke‬ ‭6:36-38‬ ‭
Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭10:32‬ ‭

But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭10:33‬ ‭

notice that if we believed what he’s saying it would lead to our beliefs about God changing over to what the son is teaching about God the father and his ways and his children ?

And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life.”
‭‭1 John‬ ‭5:20‬ ‭KJV‬

The son of God calls out

Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭11:28-30‬ ‭KJV‬‬

That leads to this sister

“Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.”
‭‭John‬ ‭5:24‬ ‭KJV‬‬

which leads to understanding

And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life.”
‭‭1 John‬ ‭5:20‬ ‭KJV‬

I do try to bring everything into a visually pleasing balance, yes. Each finished piece needs to be unique. I start from scratch most of the time (a blank canvas), although recently I have started re-using border set-ups that I previously assembled. That means I don't use the whole image and just replace the text for a different panel. I did try doing that once or twice near the beginning and it was completely unsatisfying (LOL). With the increase of AI generated images on offer now I have way more faces and full-scene backgrounds to work with. I used to start with really arty faces and try to make them look more normal or do something else with them beyond what was already done. Now I often start with an AI face and add real eyes to it, or just keep the hair and facial outline and replace all the features, either piecemeal or from somebody else's face, whose eyes I may change again and make other edits to as well. Finding eyes looking from the correct angle is often the most challenging part, and then having the right expression. Even eyes that look close to the correct angle are made to look away if not exactly the right angle, and since I most often want the figure being viewed to be looking into the eyes of the viewer, looking slightly away is not always good enough. Sometimes in such a case I simply replace the irises. Then I must erase the first ones. One arty face I started with I was never really happy with what I was able to do with it. This one:

1733021181266.png

I put her on this panel with edits and a background I constructed:

But I was never happy with the face no matter what so I eventually completely changed it to this composite:

1 John 5:10-11
