I told you what I believe and it is GOD'S word only.
Then I shared scripture, I didn't tell you any stories or give you my opinion. SO I did say accurately what I mean, HIS word says what it says and means what it means.
Sacrament?????????? That's a catholic thing, right?
No I shared HIS word on how to get rid of our sins, HIS word is very clear.
JESUS when on earth was on a mission, HE completed that mission and left INSTRUCTIONS ON WHAT WE MUST DO.
What JESUS does and what "WE" do are two different things.
Does JESUS believing in HIMSELF save us?
Can JESUS repent for us?
Is JESUS here today to forgive us of our sins?
These ARE HIS RULES, I REPEAT THEM.
JESUS said in,
John 3:5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee,
Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
JESUS said in,
Mark 16:16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.
Peter, the one with the KEYS TO HEAVEN said this,
Acts 2:38 Then Peter said unto them,
Repent, and
be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and
ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
JESUS send Paul (Saul)
to Ananias, who said this,
Acts 22:16 And now why tarriest thou?
arise, and be baptized, and wash away thy sins, calling on the name of the Lord.
I told you I don't follow any man, I will add UNLESS what comes out of his mouth lines up with GOD'S word.
You may want to check what that gwh guy is saying, he doesn't follow HIS word on how to be saved. I'm not going in to what he believes, you can ask him and keep him in check with GOD'S word. He will never share the verses that I did, he don't follow them.
To answer your question, I am saying to remove our sins we must be baptized in JESUS name.
When I say baptized I mean being immersed in water, totally like it's a watery grave.
Romans 6:4 Therefore
we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.
One can't be buried by sprinkling.
No where in HIS word do you see sprinkled, I think that's a catholic thing.
FYI, I don't tell anyone what HIS word means, I let HIS word do the talking!! I DIDN'T DIE FOR YOU.
Now you can see all of the confusion, we have GOD'S word and we have men's opinion.
That is why there are so many different denominations, so who are you going to follow?
Again,
JESUS SAID,
we MUST be born of water (Acts 2:38) and of spirit (Acts 2:4).
Born of spirit? example.
Acts 2:4 And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.
As Peter said IT'S FOR ALL.
Acts 2:38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins,
and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
Acts 2:39 For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.
Did I clear things up? If not I sure will try to answer your questions with HIS word not my opinion.
GOD BLESS YOU in your walk.
