Big difference between judging and evaluating .
Here's a classic in the OT.
To throw a stone is a euphemism for an accusation. When the accused responds with " that stone will land on your own head". The accused is claiming he is being accused of a crime that the accuser has committed.
This looks to me like projection.
When sins are committed but the guilt is denied, suppressed, explained away and buried, the sin denied interiorly is seen exteriorly in the behavior of others. If the person accuses one of those others of the sin he denies in himself he has thrown a stone that will land on his own head.

I think that the subject has multiple facets.
- We are NOT to judge another's motives (Matt.7:1)
- We are NOT to judge the actions of those outside the Church (1st Cor.5:12a)
- We ARE to judge the actions of those IN the Church (1st Cor.5:12b)
- We ARE to judge ourselves, especially when taking the Lord's Table (1st Cor.11:13, 31)
- We are to approach a brother who is sinning. This presumes some sort of Judgment (Gal.6:1)

Evaluating is one of the terms listed under that definition.
So it is a form of judging.
So how do we reconcile items 1 & 3 with item 5?
Their needs to be more nuance or insight into motive or subtlety of language or informing context.
You know how translations work, five different words for something all get translated into one oversimplified word, one word gets translated into three different ones in the same context. That loss of precision allowing for impact from our personal presuppositions.

Clearly an encouragement to judge and saying that the saints make better judges.
There are so many more verses on judgement, clearly there is more to be had here.

What makes judgement righteous or unrighteous?

Its a hungry one.
we knew what Jesus said no one is good but god . so god is good, god wants to save us all,his love is good,his law is good. why we still judge other only use The tree of good and evil, but not use The good as god.

There is a good example in the Old Testament in the story of Phinehas:
NUMBERS 25: PHINEHAS BLESSED FOR RIGHTEOUS JUDGMENT
6 And, behold, one of the children of Israel came and brought unto his brethren a Midianitish woman in the sight of Moses, and in the sight of all the congregation of the children of Israel, who were weeping before the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.
7 And when Phinehas, the son of Eleazar, the son of Aaron the priest, saw it, he rose up from among the congregation, and took a javelin in his hand;
8 And he went after the man of Israel into the tent, and thrust both of them through, the man of Israel, and the woman through her belly. So the plague was stayed from the children of Israel.
9 And those that died in the plague were twenty and four thousand.
10 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
11 Phinehas, the son of Eleazar, the son of Aaron the priest, hath turned my wrath away from the children of Israel, while he was zealous for my sake among them, that I consumed not the children of Israel in my jealousy.
12 Wherefore say, Behold, I give unto him my covenant of peace:
13 And he shall have it, and his seed after him, even the covenant of an everlasting priesthood; because he was zealous for his God, and made an atonement for the children of Israel.
Now you can draw your own conclusions.
I don't think it's about righteous judgement, it's about obey The truth of god, for The word was god, you should understand there is no other truth before The one. The gospel is from our god,for save our life,if we say lord god,but we don't understand The truth of our lord god,we are not obey god.

A few of my thoughts on judging wrongfully that Jesus was talking about:
If you saw a man come out of a sisters house in the morning and drive away and then you thought, or said "That sister should not be sinning like that! She needs to repent of fornication." or "She should not let men stay at her house overnight like that people are going to think she is sleeping with them" And then you found out it was her brother, you would feel foolish because you were guilty of judging wrongfully. Judging by outward appearance.
If you saw a tall man who had a very strong low baritone voice and was articulate. You might say, "that man would be a good leader for the xyz ministry" and he might turn out to be a total buffoon. You were judging by outward appearance instead of looking at the heart like God does. How do you look at the heart? You have to get to know them and find out what they are like and what their character is like.
Any false accusation against someone without evidence would also be a form of the unrighteous judging Jesus condemned.
Condemning someone harshly, such as saying "that person is so wicked they are probably past saving. Their heart is too hard." That also could be a form of judging unrighteously.
With what measure you use it shall be used on you is a sobering thought to guide us on what we should think about people, and how we speak to them and treat them.
Telling a homosexual that asks you about it that homosexuals must repent and turn from that sin to be saved is not judging them wrongfully it is simply preaching repentance toward God and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.
When I eat a whole large pizza for lunch and you tell me "you're disgusting" that is really not judging either. But I will probably tell you "Don't Judge Me!" and then I'll cry.

Yes the kind that cannot see into the hearts of all men. The judgment of God . The kind only he can call foolish and not fools. A those who have no faith .No God working in their hearts.
Christians have little faith. Again not enough to see into the heart .The face of God. We can see his past or back parts working as his glory passes by but no man can see his face . Like some name it claim it. And five minutes later their hopes fade away . No man can know anything of the future.
Honestly I think a misunderstanding of the words is the main issue in understanding what is to judge.
The word judge is used in more than one way it can mean to look down on others, it can mean to make a decision like deciding something it also is an official status one that only God himself has the authroity required to decide.
If we were in court and God was the judge the spirit was the witness and Jesus was the lawer for instance, by all accounts we all are guilty none of us could judge another could we? we couldn't say to ourselves I am not as bad a sinner as that guy or that women or look at each other and be oblivious to our own wrong doings and only the judge has the hammer.
Now to discern is different it is not so much deciding something it is rather taking note of something noticing a trait or aspect having the ability to read people which many people even the unsaved are actually good at doing
Then you have the judging of decision of ourselves and I like how the verse says to rightly do this because there is a right way and a wrong way, we are to search our hearts and to take note what needs work on but if we judge ourselves and our hearts with our own eyes instead of his we can be way to harsh or we can be completely blind to what needs work on.
The ability to see the motives of a persons heart is actually not impossible especially with God but that again is where the words judging and discerning come into play even if we are absolutely sure of the persons motives to judge them for it is not our place looking down on them attacking or even just speaking ill of them for it is again only for the judge to do we are just the courthouse
We actually do this almost instinctively a lot of the times even if only subconciously but it is the words we speak that make it wrong and against what we are to do these kind of thoughts can always pop up no matter how much we guard our thoughts

I am at a loss. My five points were especially written simply and plainly - the best way to transmit an idea. Why would I use "nuance" and "subtlety of language". That's what politicians do to confuse an issue. But maybe you are correct. Can give an example.
John 7:24 does concern judging, but does not concern us. It was a matter between Jews and their Law.
John 8:15 shows how NOT to judge. If Jesus has released a person, who then is left to judge. Those who judged the woman had fled. Why? Our Lord Jesus wrote in the earth twice. The Law of Moses was written on earthy tables of stone and it had no effect. Israel have broken the Law to the uttermost and within just days of it being given (the golden calf). So the first time our Lord writes in the earth nothing happens. But then our Lord writes in the earth again. This speaks of the New Covenant that is to come when Israel are restored again (Jer.31:31). It is written IN the Israelite, a man of earth and these Laws will be effective (Jer.31:33). So the full weight of the Law was suddenly impressed upon the accusers. What had they done? The Law that condemned the woman ALSO condemns THE MAN (Deut.22:22-24)! Where was the MALE? The accusers had (i) NOT brought both partners, and (ii) now brought false witness in a matter of the death penalty. And what does Deuteronomy 19:16-19 say?
It says that if a man bring falsehood into a matter of Law, the punishment for that man will be the same as he thought to place on the accused. In John 8 the Pharisees had not brought the man in matter of the DEATH SENTENCE. Each Pharisee, old to young, was guilty of the Law that required their DEATHS! Beautiful as it may be, this is NOT the way to judge and the lesson almost lands a crowd of Pharisees in a stoning to death. But it should not end here. There is more. How can Jesus, a Man under Law, let the woman, the man AND the Pharisees go free. Is not the Law the Law? YES! But the woman, the man AND the Pharisees MY GO FREE only if a suitable SUBSTITUTE is found. The blood of bulls and goats cannot stop a stoning. Only the blood of JESUS was good enough. Whe Jesus wrote the second time, did He not sign His OWN DEATH WARRANT? He signed away His life blood to dribble into the earth!
There is neither "nuance" or "subtlety". This is the harsh brazen truth of the price of sinners like the woman, the man, the Pharisees AND YOU AND I going free BECAUSE Another took our place.
