Just one question. If you put someone on ignore, can they still 'follow' you (as in they have clicked on that option) or are they blocked from doing so?

Thanks

The 'ignore' feature is about preventing you from seeing posts from other users. I do not think it has any effect on the user you ignore.

I am pretty sure the 'follow' feature is independent of other features.

yeah pretty much what I thought. thanks tho! :)

How do you undo an ignore?
Since the person in question is on ignore, you cannot see their content, but you can type their name into the search field above, and then you need to select show ignored content, or, if you see them in a thread after showing ignored content, just hover your cursor over their avatar beside any post, and at the bottom of that small app that comes up, beside Follow, it will say Unignore, and you can click that .:D

You should put that on a panel and start a "How to navigate the site" thread. I was going to say "How to navigate the site for dummies" thread but people have been sensitive lately.

Well, if you mentioned it was written by a dummy, it would not bother sensitive people & be much more believable.:LOL::D

I'm not brave enough to say Magenta is a dummy so...but I would have no problem saying it of myself. That's why I couldn't be the one to write it. Mine would be titled "For the galactic dummies".

Actually I was talking about you.:D

But then again if someone is on ignore they won't show up to click on.
Click on your name located at the top right corner

then click on the button that says “Ignoring” and It will show you everyone that you have on Ignore and there

will be an option there to take them off of Ignore.

You said this, so you are deflecting me.
Accusing me of deflection while doing the actual deflection. Ooh the irony of it all....:eek:
Next thing you know, he will say I am deflecting the deflection of his deflecting.;)

That's entirely too much to say. You are double deflecting.
