Conjoined twins develop when an early embryo only partially separates to form two individuals.
The embryonic stage lasts from about the third week of pregnancy until the eighth week of pregnancy.

what about people born with mixed intersex chromosomes ?
Studies confirms it effects 1 in 100 people.
In very rare case babies are born with a mix of female and male genitals.
In the not so rare case it effects them differently from having a mix of tissue cells of both male and female.
In other cases it's not identified until later in. life.
If such a person feals they are more female than male inside or vice versa they can be granted a sex change by a hospital.
Which means what ?
They can not at this moment in time prove mixed intersex chromosomes effect there sexual orientation or gender.
But obviously recognise how they feel inside is important.
