Anime and Jesus? Uh...
I mean I like them both (Jesus more than anime obviously), but Japanese anime doesn't really have good reputation for using Christian ideas appropriately.

I say American cartoons have a far worse track record. Most Japanese usually dont directly mock Jesus like Family Guy, South Park etc. Did you watch it? It's by Christian's. Very moving

As people, there can be the temptation to look at the world for perfection. In this I mean if it doesn't look like the world would have it, then it's just not good enough. Some people judge this by the world's standards on purpose, others doing along with the crowd unknowingly.
