He's the eternal bread from Heaven, and in Heaven!

So eat of Christ, and you will no longer hunger.

You need to "consume" Gods Word
Read the Bible

I have a "diet plan" how to read with portions for each day of the year Breakfast diner and supper
I can share it with anyone interested
Only need to do some changes (Translate it to english)

Jesus is God's Word ;)

But yes, we should read and study God's word every day, with prayer.
