That awkward moment when you go to Walmart and cut thru the clothing section to get to electronics faster, and as you're walking by the women's section, you hear 'I Won't Give Up' by Jason Mraz playing; you then realize Pandora opened on your phone which was in your pocket lol.
 
When youre at the op shop or thrift store and you yell to your mum at the other side of the op shop
"Mum! look come over here $1 rack" and you dont care what others think #actualbargainhunter#

The thing is, I've worked in stores pretty much all my life, and I lived in an area where a lot of poor, obese (because they bought cheap junk food) people couldn't afford air conditioning during the hot summers.

Seeing a scene like this was actually a daily occurrence... and that's not an exaggeration. There were a lot of people who liked to plop their entire butts right in the middle of the dairy section, the deli, etc.--anything with a cold case--and make a little indentation, just like a snow angel.
 
You mention something you want to show someone as a little hint to see what they think, they respond with "I hate that." And you just find your only response to be "oh..."
 
When someone at church asks how you're doing and you start going on about your emotional problems and turns out they were referring to physically how you're doing because they knew you were sick earlier in the week....yeah, awkward <.< This is why I don't small talk.
 
When someone mentions a movie star that everybody knows and I've never heard about him/her... and the conversation just dies because whatever point they were about to make hinged on knowing that movie star that everybody knows about. And their face says, "Why am I even bothering to talk to an idiot like you?"
 
That awkward moment when you catch some guy's girlfriend looking at you, you look away then look back, and she's still looking as she tucks her hair behind her ear O.o... *took Dori's advice and just kept swimming(walking)* lol
 
When you realise one of the Christmas carols says "mercy mild" It was in my head 'peace on earth and mercy mild... wait what? thats like ordering curry delivered 'I'll have some mercy but on the mild side;

That awkward moment when you are out shopping and some guy keeps staring at your chest and you give him a dirty look and then you mention it to your oldest who says...why don't you look down and you're expecting to see a rip or stain and suddenly you realize that the t-shirt your wearing says across your chest..
