Totally lied. I went out to lunch with my best friend to meet her boyfriend. When he saw me, he got SO nervous and was stuttering and not making eye contact and just overall, very nervous.

So, it made out whole lunch awkward because his nerves got the best of him.

Nephew says when mum told him she didnt want to buy him a cookie from the dairy he said "did you waste it on petrol?"

When you make the awkward thread even more awkwarder by reposts from facebook that say "grin emoticon" and typos like awkwarder
 
yeh before about my nephew it was a repost of my facebook post and I copy and pasted then it said "grin emoticon" so i posted that and then realised what it said and edited it on cc
 
That awkward moment when you work on a holiday that's supposed to be about not working.. At least it's payday.
 
You too? We're working today as well, and it's our payday on Monday also. Every other Monday.

Out of fourteen days you can tell which one is payday because all the employees you haven't seen in a while are hanging out in the lobby. It's the only chance you get to see the midnight shift.
 
That awkward moment when you go to cash your check, but the bank is closed cause it's a holiday.. A holiday about not working.

Ours is the 7th and 22nd of every month. It goes by longer when the day is at the end of the week, for me at least.

That awkward moment when my mom went on this long (and admittedly hilarious) rant about selfies and selfie sticks while we were standing just a few feet away from a group of women who were all taking selfies. I was just like, "Mom! Keep it down! That lady will hear you and beat you up with her selfie stick and you'll have no one to blame but social media."
 
That awkward moment when your friends and you take out the boat to go tubing and then decide to jump in the lake. Moments later, my friend does, "Guys, I just peed" as my head is literally next to them.
