That awkward moment when.................... you're told to hug everyone in the room, but you're told that while standing in a conference-room meeting with nudists!!!

I think I'll settle for some high-fives instead (very high, and I'm not looking down!!!).

P.S. Don't ask why I was there in the first place. You only need to know the "bare" essentials!!!
 
That awkward moment when you step out of your car in the parking lot, stilling breaking out in a full ballad because that was what you were doing on the drive there, with the windows closed. And its the parking lot to a hardware store and there are many tradesmen in the parking lot at the very specific time you just happen to be there.
 
That awkward moment when you are testing out your video cam in an empty chat room on CC, and someone comes in and sees/hears you babbling nonsense to yourself. :o

Also... when you don't know what to talk about with your boss so you avoid them 80% of the time....and they begin to notice lol.

That awkward moment as a business meeting is coming to order that you are trying to stifle a hiccup that makes you sound like a squeak toy, but that instead comes out as an incredibly grotesque snort.
 
That awkward moment when your children are late for school and you walk them in, only to realize afterwards you have cocoa pebbles stuck to your shirt and a couple stuck in your hair.

after agreeing to dinner with your ex (whom you haven't seen in ages), it only takes about 8 minutes to remember exactly why they're your ex.

and they haven't even taken the order yet.

that awkward moment when you're talking to your boyfriend, and he has to talk to someone else for a second and it ruins your whole day for some stupid reason. That's never happened before 0.o
 
That awkward moment when a customer asks for your phone number and you can't think of a witty comeback so you kinda stand there stammering. (I didn't give it to him)

When my son was in grade school, he programmed my computer to make sounds he liked:

T-Rex roar with errors
Toilet flush with shut down
other stuff...

I was talking with a representative of a catalog company while reading info from my computer. After I'd read her the info from the computer, I went to shut it down and...yep...a toilet flushed.

I started laughing and explained. She was laughing and told me not to worry about it. "We like our customers to be COMFORTABLE" :o:rolleyes:
 
That awesome moment when you're having a terrible Single's Awareness Day, and then your friends jump in and save you, because they're singles too, and we all want to party :)
 
that moment when you stand beaming at your freshly baked chocolate souffle, admiring your handiwork.

and .5 seconds later it falls flat!

*cries*

gee, it's a good thing i didn't wait to the last minute...
 
That awkward moment when you send a message to your best friend to tell her some super awesome, amazing, fantastic, fabulous news...
and she writes back, "Yawn!!!!!!!!!!!"

So you sit there all dumbfounded for a minute before seeing another message pop up from her that says, "Auto-correct must DIE! I meant yay!!!!!!"
