Tennis elbow and...

A couple of weeks ago, I was pulling weeds and stretched it too much... I have a sore arm...diagnosed as tennis elbow. Prayer needed.

I have substituted a poor diet for sorrows. It shows greatly.
I have Four Choices every day...What's on my list...What I put in the cart...what I take from the cupboard...and what's I put on my plate.
Pray I make the good choice.
