Sourdough bread can take eight hours to rise. EIGHT HOURS!

It (eventually) turned out very well though. It rose quite well and is tasty. And I have 24 loaves of the stuff now, with which to restock my freezer. But the sourdough starter had issues this time around and, well... EIGHT HOURS?! Really?!

We went to the beach yesterday. When we were about to go back to the city, the car won't start and it was getting dark. Thankfully someone helped us fix the problem. We stopped by a restaurant near a beach to have dinner. It was nice place where you can enjoy the breeze and hear the waves while having dinner except that the food was bad.

I just binge watched "Lucifer" on NetFlix... I thought it was funny how, no matter how hard they tried to twist and "universalize" Christianity, they just couldn't seem to dodge the issue of forgiveness.
 
Bad motives by nobigdyl is legit fire that man deserves a cookie. If you don't like i you have a right to your wrong opinion

I just had a phone hearing with a BIA probate judge concerning my family property-which was left to my deceased brother. He had two pieces of property, only one of which I knew of, so I learned something new.

Ha! Here's another interesting factoid... The commercial turkeys that they sell at grocery stores are so dumb that, if they are caught in the rain, they will stare up at the sky and drown!
