they just look ugly later. Your skin changes and the tattoo doesn't. so like I said if you want a tattoo then be prepared for it to look warped, distorted, twisted, etc later in life

I think, you should obey your mom as long as your inside her roof, it's common courtesy I guess. 
Though, I'm not really against tattoos, been thinking of having one when I reach the age of 21.
Just think a lot of times what you want to inked on your skin permanently...
and make something out that will honor God

I think of it not so much as courtesy as an obligation. As do my parents who expect complete obedience.
I am still undecided long- term but I chose the dove as representing the Holy Spirit.
