Tell us more about your application and what chips you are using in what configuration. Is CIF the manufacturer? Have you considered the Raspberry Pi which has the video hardware and software built in?
Sorry, I thought you were doing something with an embedded system. I can't help you with windows because I use Linux. I assume you have already spent many hours searching for the solution?

Yes I have been looking online as automatically as possible, but a few years ago the Internet changed its services, and now when I search for open sourse I get a lot of 2free download " stuff and also a lot of download management piggybacking. It is very disappointing.
I am going to try more open source searches.
The web cam I am trying to install is not marked anywhere that I can see......but I do not see much these days so...there you have it.

A person that is honest is not necessarily wise or even right in his/her opinions. One can be honest and wrong about a lot of stuff. I think a wise person would be both nice and honest.
I was riding my bike one time in Miami Beach and I noticed the pavement was wet but the sun was shining. Then I realized that it was raining but the rain was as warm as the air and it didn't feel like rain.
It was one of the strangest experiences of my life; bicycling in the rain with the sun shining and the rain the same temperature as the air.
It means this old and almost blind person is too lazy to check his own post.........soes should be does.......

I am in the process of adding XP mode to my Windows 10. My pobles is simple, the process is very long and drawn out so far.
Does anyone have a simple way to instal XP mode to W10?
I will stop all if anyone can tell me if the software for my XP peripherils will NOT work. If that is the case, I do not need to cntinue...........thanks............looking for geeks.

It sounds like you need a virtual machine like VBOX (virtualbox.org) from Oracle. It gives you a window into which you can install other operating systems like Linux or Win XP. Let me know if you need more info.
