I saw this quote today and thought of this site

''I have my principles. If you dont like them I have others''

Groucho Marx

If a person goes to church and they are sitting by someone who Is blowing their nose, coughing Into their hands, bad allergies, and you are thinking"I want to move somewhere else away from this person with the bad allergies and then the preacher says turn around and greet your neighbor.

If you shake their hand when you don't want to,Is this a sin?

Seeing the above Grocho Marx quote from a couple week ago reminded me of this one:

"Outside of a dog, a book is man's best friend. Inside of a dog it is too dark to read." :D Gotta love the Marx Brothers!

Here on the southeast coast of Spain a drought was broken just a few weeks ago, praise God always.

Now there is a storm leaving lots of precipitation up and down the coast, even snow yeasterday for the first time in almost 100 years, last here 1926.

Anyway, I am fine where I live but please keep people in mind who may be experienceing flooding, the homeless, and anyone else who may be affected by this heavy rain. I see it as a blessing for me, but a blessing for one may not be so nice for another.

Thanks family in Christ. All blessings.............

I didn't know about this thread 'till today, and it has been entertaining and informative. Thanks bro Jack.:)

Further north of us have seen so much devastation from strong winds/rain and tornadoes, other places experiencing drought. We pray, do what we can, and be thankful always because He is in control.

Its definitely a sin unless you use hand sanitizer.

From where, did the custom of handshaking come?:)

Medieval times, I believe. An embrace was a common greeting, but it was too easy to backstab. So a handshake is a way to tell the person that you were friendly and did not carry a weapon in your hand.

When you've been around dangerous people for a long time you get to know how to keep their hands away from your right hip.
