Parts of Texas will experience a total eclipse of the sun on April 8th. Since I live in Texas, I will be able to experience this event first hand.
On the news they are saying that so many people are booking flights to come here, that it may cause scheduling problems for airlines.
I have never witnessed such an event. I have seen several partial eclipse, but that can be a disappointment because it does not really get dark. Therefore, it is my prediction that on that day we will have heavy thunder storms which will totally block the view of this event. The only way we will see it is to hire a private plane to fly us above the storm clouds!
