Oooooh.... Catherder that is the one thing I wouldn't touch. Shrimp allergy. Ah well, I'm sure someone will eat it.

In local news my sleep last night was fragmented and my dreams vivid. I think I lived two weeks in my dreams last night. One of those times when I wake up in the morning and think, "Well... what was THAT all about?"

Your Windows 10 can automatically share your home internet password with every friend you ever had online! Yay! It can also share the password of all your friends networks if you have ever connected to them. And your friends new Win10 computers might be sharing YOUR password if they ever connect to your home internet.

Microsoft defaults are somewhat stupid and some people don't even know stupid is being done by their computer by default. "Hide extensions for known file types" is still the most stupid thing they ever did - makes it really easy to slip someone a virus by labeling it popular-song-name.mp3.exe and Windows automatically hides the .exe so all they see is .mp3. But this automatic password sharing comes reeeeeaaaaaally close to being as stupid.

those numbers sound a tad bit exaggerated but what do I know...The last time I drove that far was 83 years ago

We haven't gotten that far yet- we're staying another night in Crescent City. There's no way we'll be in San Francisco the same time as CatHerder, but we are still going through Sacramento at some point...

Anyway! A guy in Starbucks told me that I have "fabulous hair" and "a very memorable look", which I took to mean, "Your hair is huge and scary and you look kinda like a hobo today".

You DO have fabulous hair. You are tall and statuesque and have amazing hair. Stunning. Memorable in the most positive way. Truly.

Note to self: Never, ever, ever give MissCris a compliment. Anything I might possibly have said or meant will have already been held against me. :p
