The Lord has been teaching me allot of things in my life recently, it's really been quite fantastic. At the same time it's been quite difficult to deal with all the issues and problems that have arisen from these realizations. It's been a challenge dealing with so many things, and on top of that I have been away from home for a good portion of time. Through this time I have made some really good friends, who along with some family members have helped me survive. All I can say is that I have grown to know Christ better and am still running after Him.
A week or so ago, I made the decision to take a break from CC as I was spending to much time here, and not enough time with God. The last week I have spent more time with God and He has really started to change my heart in more ways than I knew how. I won't list them here, but to anyone doubting the ability of God to change a heart, I will be the first to testify that the Lord has power to change hearts.
I've never read my Bible or prayed as much as I have in the past week, and I can understand why everyone has been telling me to do that when I ask them about something. The Holy Spirit has been touching my heart and I just feel so blessed to be learning and growing in Christ.
I'm still forming habits and I think it's best for me to stay away from CC for a while longer while I continue to solidify my relationship with God. I'll be back, not sure when at this point but if you want to stay in touch, send me a PM.
