Good advice or bad advice?
How can I be sure?
I think back to the many times people have told me to "be careful". I remember many times remaining silent and looking back at them wondering why they were so afraid. I understand the importance of being vigilant and sober. My understanding of being vigilant means being on the lookout and watchful and ready to take action; being sober means to stay focused and to exercise wisdom.
When I hear the words "be careful" I also hear "be full of care" not in a cautious sense but in a sense of being too afraid to get involved. I think about the many times I took this advice and let others continue suffering so it would not disrupt my comfort zone instead of trusting that God was able to lead me in my task and overcome.
There is a look that is universal when people say "be careful".
Well, I am again deciding not to be careful. What I will do is be vigilant and sober. If God says plunge, I will plunge. I won't take the time to stick my toes in the water and see how it might feel if I sink. By that time, it will be too late. I just have to trust that He will lend me a hand to pull me back up when I need it.
I know His will and that it is not to "be careful". That is not the spirit that He gave to me. The spirit that He gave me is one of power, love, and soundness of mind. While it may seem sound to the world to be careful, full of care, or however one may see it, I will remain separate and allow perfect love to cast out all fear.

For such a small patch of earth, it sure gave me a lot of trouble.
And that is the stoopid fence that attacked me (or maybe I shoulda just let it be...)
Strangely, the deer have been keeping their distance the last few days. Hmm.
Anyway, now I play the waiting game...c'mon, little flowers! Grow!
I like .01%. With odds like that, people will not be able to deny the power and might of our God.

End of the year concert. Last 14 hour workday of the school year. I think, anyhow.
A sad one, this year. With my partner departing for Killeen this summer, the kids were more prone to crying, which is not something you see in many 8th graders. Next year will be tough. But I trust in God's plans.
My feet hurt.
I wonder if Red made it to Korea safely.

Be careful when sifting through the dirt,sifting through sand for diamonds in the rough .. Dont act like a bull in a china cabinet.. Because that sand? He uses to remake glass..

nods, be careful of cookie dough, eating it raw can carry salmonella (from raw eggs in the dough) bacteria, and, well, drinking coke, have you EVER put a spoon in coke and left it there for awhile
, and, WAtchING cartoons!!! Yikes!! That stuff will rot your brain. Just kidding, I've gotten to know some of my favorite imaginary friends from cartoons . And, not knowing what time of day it is , or, night ?
who cares, you know the Lord, and, you're blessed, you got a great kid who scowls, and, a dog who howls (I've never heard Piddy howl, she just cringes when the coyotes howl outside, she's a wuver, not a fighter, at heart, ya know, ya know. Well ,if you didn't, now you know )

And, so we know, too, my niece, all of age 6 now, scowls so cutely when uncle (that's me!!) teases her, and, she's got a little sister a couple years younger who is a cute little scowler too

God bless you, all. Keep your consciousness firmly centered, left-left, left-right-left, on Him. And, keep on keeping on going His way for you, through it all, trust in His path, walk, obey. WALK His way, not 'walk this way,' or, 'walk that way,' which is your way and that could lead you to cross YOUR 'highway' and, don't you rEALIZE, Satan will get you there, but then won't tell you to look BOTH directions before crossing the street .
Keep your feet going forward, or back, sometimes, even, as He leads, and, maybe, even, having you going left, or right, or, going with them toesers off the ground, even. Just keep on following Him. Okee, Christ's folk ? The Lord leads

One of the friends I recently made texted me that she's mad at me. I asked "Why??" I really have no idea, but she's not responding to anything now.
I feel like that is a stereotype about women, you always see comics or hear jokes about how they get upset/mad but won't tell you why. It's just so frustrating to me that she would tell me that she was mad at me but won't explain. First of all, how am I supposed to work through this and fix it if I don't even know what I did? Second of all, I hate when people are mad at me/upset with me. Hate it.
