It's mostly implied in the title. It doesn't have to be a country club, but it's along those snobby lines.

The club part, clubs the ones that do not fit into their "better than you" clubbed now get it

I'm thinking of starting a heavy metal band in my area, met this awesome drummer recently that can also play bass. He hooked me up on a demo of some of his solo written songs, it's pretty good. Going to jam later this week and see where it goes
