Must consume coffee, in order to feel alive enough to make pizza for dinner, which I am only doing so I don't feel guilty about eating more ice cream later, after which I will have a bubble bath and promptly pass out under a super fluffy blanket and dream about sugar plums or...more likely, dream of getting to spray paint a car or ginormous, weird shaped chunk of rusty metal.
Somewhere in all that I might actually fix my now bubblegum-pink hair and turn it (hopefully) the purple I originally intended.
Or I won't.
Maybe it's time to shave my head.

Sometimes my kitchen cabinets throw things at me and break stuff.
A 12-inch skillet jumped out of the cabinet above the stove and brutally murdered a glass.
I'll be really glad when this kitchen is not mine anymore...it's dangerous...
...or maybe I just reeeeally need to rearrange the place...

I've been cruising veggie trays the last 2 weeks. Then today, suddenly, I was craving garlic pizza with oregano & cold water.

I'm not into celery...or carrots...but that looks really good BP. lol mmmm...yes..garlic pizza rocks! I like to caramelize my garlic first & then put a little red wine in the pan cook it off for a minute..then...put it on the pizza...with a little parmigiano reggiano...Ohhhhhh yeaaaaaaaaaaah!

As for hold the celery & carrots, iLuv both, but I understand you; I cannot stand cauliflower because the first time I saw cauliflower was right after Zoology Lab, and the thing looks like cat brain. Eew!!

It really does.
When I lived on my own (not that I had time to cook much at that point in my life) it was always difficult. Not because I didn't know how to, but because I'd make it, eat it for one meal, put the rest of the leftovers in the fridge to "eat later", but I never would because I just didn't want spaghetti 3 nights in a row, or for lunch the next day after I just had it for supper. So then I'd make something else the next night, and the cycle continued.
I actually had a terrible diet that summer, now that I think about it. My commute to work was over an hour away, so I'd mix up a Essentials Nutrients shake thing (powder into milk), leave at 7:15 and drink that on the way there. Sandwich or ramen noodles for lunch, unless there was a camp going on and then I'd wolf down whatever they were serving. Then by the time I got back to town (sometimes after driving people home in the opposite direction, so about 2 hours of driving) it'd be 7:30 or so and I was too exhausted to cook, so I'd usually grab some fast food or pizza.
Not that anyone here is that interested in what I ate the summer of '12.
I just realize, looking back, how badly I ate, then.

I kinda dig cauliflower too...but not so much raw...would rather it be cooked. Never had cat brains...but I'll try anything once.
