I told him I was really tired, he told me to take a nap. I said, "well I need to make lunch." He gives me this huge eyeroll, "I fed them lunch, spagettio's and hot pretzels, that's what they wanted. Please anyone don't take this as I'm having marital troubles, I'm not. I thought the situation was funny. And actually he did too.
 
When I watch Bridezillas and they act horrible, like the usually do, I'm happy when they have a crappy wedding. One girl it poured rain during her out door reception. He he he.. :p

takes the stinkin' primer right off the wall, and leaves streaks across the fridge door that make it obvious I've never once gotten the dang thing properly clean before.

There is a spray can called graffiti mark remover, it works amazingly, being used to work in Maintenance for apartments

I had a sore throat once real bad, that I could barely talk, and found out to gargle with peroxide. I did not want to, had tried all over the counter items to no avail.
finally I gave in and now every time I start to get a sore throat, I gargle with peroxide and I so far after 29 years since have not gotten sick
Now everyone is sensitive more so than others, I gargle straight and some half water and half peroxide. But sister it works at least for me and many others I know to this day that have tried it too

I is all God doing the doing if we stand in Faith of what he has done here as it is told from 1:1 on

Maybe take a look at what God has done and respond to that?
 
My brother keeps trying to push my buttons. Making jokes about my faith, telling me that I am barking up the wrong religion tree because Jesus won't give me a guy and maybe I should try asking Buddha (I didn't even know where to start with trying to correct that statement). And putting on my presents' Christmas tag 'from Jesus'. Then making comments about people with disabilities- knowing the work that I do. Trying to get me angry, play a game with him, get me riled up. Hurl insults. Out of all my siblings, he shouldn't been the one that has a child.

my parents don't help either, my mom pushed the joke along after we opened gifts, asking me if I saw the tag and if I wanted to keep it.

You are not alone on that boat, but this is not the "love boat" either.

It took me time to get it, but Iḿ happy I'm not in a worst case.

Just be you and don let them crack your will (that should be strong).

Just stand as the mighty oak tree that was a small nut that stood its ground
Stand yours. in Faith knowing that all things work towards the good of God, which in essence work to your good as well in the long run (Rom. 8:28)

- Honey and cayenne? Honey is antibacterial, I have no faith in chili adding any effect, but it sounds tasty if added in small enough amounts

My new diet plan, buy something delicious and bad for myself, have 7 year old daughter stick her dirty finger in it and say, I want to try that!

God is our 'ticket oak.' When we stand with Him when others try to get us down, we stand. :) He is mighty, umm, check that, He is almighty . And, He will give us things that we otherwise would not get, good things, out of our confidence standing with Him .

This is a cheesy commercial but, homewardgoing's yet-another wise post led me to think of it. The Lord leads :)

I...might...have just eaten an entire pint of Ben & Jerry's Karamel Sutra ice cream.

This is what happens when I decide I don't need to take a nap when my kids do.

...you know, ice cream over-dose.

It was totally worth it.

I had one of those moments last night paying bills after my son went to bed.
 
The sky is different today. It's only January but it seems closer to spring. Maybe it smells different. Turned my heat up, rolled down my windows slightly and blasted Mumford & Sons on my stereo down the highway.
