Hello my wonderful friends!

Just checking to see how everyone is doing these days, life gets so busy and I lose track of time so easily.... that's the main reason why I don't get on here as much, but once every 2 weeks is better than nothing right?? Lol

life is grand for me, and updates will soon be on the horizon for my family and I... just gonna leave that there and say

HAPPY MOTHERS DAY TO ALL THE MOMS OUT THERE!!! All women are mothers in some shape or form... so... Happy Mother's Day to you all :)

Haha! Hey, it happens. Poor Aunt. :P In my case I actually have an app that lets me control the tv, so I think I get some kind of pass. :rolleyes:

Being respectful is difficult when you don't respect a lot of what somebody is saying.

Sucks doing all you can for people and getting less in return. Not just random people but people you invest in personally. But if each time the same thing comes up, is it you that's the problem, or them? Even if they are very different people. Seems those kinds of investments are not worth while if people won't return to you the same things you give to them. Makes you feel broken, defective. Not able to be repaired. And yeah, I know all the cliche spiritual responses to that. But that's not how my life works, so spare me. Just it all grows old. Two directions, one unhappy ending.

And ain't dat the truth. Hang in there, life can be pretty sucky sometimes. I think it's to remind us that heaven is completely perfect.

I don't know if anyone else is following the nba playoffs, but I don't want Cavs/Warriors for the 3rd strait freaking year. And unless something drastic happens in free agency, thats the finals we'll get the next 2-3 years

I'm looking forward to the same thing. Both teams have won one championship each in this on-going NBA Finals series. I believe that the next one will go 7 games too. Both teams seem to be evenly matched and either team could win it all.
 
My garden is doing very well so far this season. I am quite pleased. I might have an overabundance of produce. I need to look into whether the local food bank will accept fresh produce as a donation.
 
You know what I like? Peeling and slicing a raw potatoe, then sprinkling salt on it. Thats the nawms right there
