Hans Zimmerman rocks. That song "Time" is like the THX sound byte just before a movie starts, the one that gradually fades in until it tickles you in the solar plexus. It bombards my eardrums with an aural G force - "it's over nine thousand" - at its climax.

I think I had too much coffee.

I'm exhausted, I don't get enough sleep. My only energy comes from caffeine. I have so much to do. I have a messy house, I just mowed my slightly over grown lawn and dumped a whole gallon of shock in my pool hoping it will help clear up the foggy water. My dog is lying here next to me snoring , im jealous.
 
If it's not nostalgia, and isn't love... If there's no pinning, and those deep longings mutated into something else along the way...if you'd completely given up, but find yourself unable to truly let go... Then what is this sickness inside a soul?

I can't call it holy, but lack conviction of sin... What is it that I'm holding which is holding me within? These inconsistent feelings that come back to me again... Will I ever lose some, or get lost some within them?

It's really wanting something, but not knowing what that is. You can't say that you've seen it, but you know that it exists.

Sometimes it just seems crazy… Like a childish dream or a myth, and yet you keep on staying to wait and watch for it.

It may not ever happen or change anything one bit, but it's something you believe in, whether or not you'll admit.

So you keep finding yourself where I am, as if stuck here in transit. Well, whatever it is we're looking for... I hope we're being looked for by it.

You know how Laban told Jacob he could marry Rachel... but gave him Leah instead?

Well, I'm thinking I could ask a guy to some fabulous dinner and have it all set out... Except that I'll have roped Lynx into cooking it all beforehand instead.

He doesn't have to know until after all the paperwork is signed, right?

Lynx, ol' friend... whatcha doin' next weekend... (Hopefully it involves a stove.)
 
Beats me. I rarely know before the weekend gets here and I think, "Hey I think I'll..."

Right now I'm cooking a dessert for tomorrow's church dinner. The dessert doesn't have a name and I've never done it before but it sounded like a good idea when I thought about it.

And by the way, I... uh... don't have any interest in capturing a guy's heart. I don't go that way. >.>
 
Sitting here eating pasta, aka noodles and broccoli and listening to worship music. It makes me feel like I'm becoming connected to God, I haven't felt this within the last few months. Worship aligns us with God (the creator of the universe). I really feel that I lack faith sometimes and this past year has made me realize that I am not in control of any outcome in my life and that he is control of everywhere outcome of our life that we build into. I just want to sit here and see him work and show me what he promised to me. I was listening and reading to Jeremiah yesterday and there was a verse that talked about how thankless Israel was and how it cursed God when Israel still had 'food' in their mouth, and that reminded me of me. I ​really need to be more patient about waiting for him to fulfill his promises and not believe that they will suddenly vanish out of the blue if I begin to talk about them or believe them.
 
I hate it when someone makes a thread asking a question for example "why is java not working with google chrome on my laptop?" And then someone (usually the first person to answer) says "I don't know, but I have that problem too!" It's so annoying! I want an answer not someone to enter the clueless computer club with me! :p

Chrome no longer supports Java, my friend.

Java and Google Chrome Browser

You can use firefox, opera or comodo instead of chrome. I have all of them installed with no problems. You can even have them all open at the same time (including chrome).

Well I guess I shouldn't be surprised... some people I know IRL still use internet explorer. They just don't know any better.
 
hehe.... For a really long time I couldn't get my bank login to work in FF, so I was forced to use IE :( Made me angry every time
 
I use chrome as my main browser because it still has less issues than other browsers I've tried (comodo, firefox, opera) and the google account I am signed in with is 100% fake (not using any of my real personal info) so they can track me all they want... :p
 
I wonder what goole does with the info. I think I'm signed in when using my phone, but if it is any interest to google that I use google maps all over Europa then let them waste their time tracking me :p I never sign in on my computer though,
