This is why I always have a Linux Mint boot disk or bootable flash drive. If nothing is wrong with the motherboard I can get online and get business taken care of regardless of what Windoze does.

I mean regardless of what Winblows does...

Hmm... Maybe I HAVE been hanging out in linux chats too long.
 
I could have sworn I saw a thread just this morning, but now it isn't...

No worries - it wasn't even my thread - but when these things happen it messes with my head.
