someone called this morning to set up a first-time appointment. after setting up the day/time, i always ask if the person knows the location. if not, i explain. well... after explaining the location of the clinic, he asks, "what's the name of the place again?" i guess he just dialed the number w/o looking at the name? 
Welcome to the dark side of the yellow pages. Your name in a list of clinics (or barbecue joints, or septic system cleaners, or whatever) and people call you just because you're in that list. The whole "groovy" hippie movement of the '60's was based on the concept that everyone should "do your own thang," be different, do not follow the crowd............so they strived to be DIFFERENT FROM EVERYONE........

ha ha..yeah alot of people assume I'm talking about the alcohol..lol..
So late Saturday night, I messaged my youth pastor and told him how I felt. The first thing he said was, "Are you still awake?" and I said yes. And the first thing he told me was, go to bed. lol Then, he told me that the band from the lock in was coming back Sunday morning. So 5 hours of sleep later, I was at church with the band and stuff. As they left that morning I apologized/talked to one of them and he was like, "No, no, you weren't mean at all, you were tired. We were all tired." So that definitely helped.
Another thing I have to realize is...good golly, it was a lock-in, and we were up. Alllllll night. Nobody was acting like themselves. lol We were all super sleep drunk. If you knew of the nonsense that went on...you'd be like, "Yep. Lack of sleep would do that." And I think a little bit from MY sleepiness, I was overreacting. But I also think if I hadn't talked with the youth pastor, I wouldn't be feeling as sure about this.
He told me he went around and asked "credible resources" about what I said and he said that everyone said that it didn't even remotely sound like me. Then I told him some things I didn't tell you, and he told me I should go see a counselor, and he was worried about me (told y'all he's basically my older brother). He even said he'd help me talk with my dad about it. I guess time will tell if he'll stay true to his word.
And now the band's just talking nonsense on my facebook. lol
This is just a really crazy time in my life, and you may not be seeing as much of me on here.
