It's alright, Hallie. We'll all just watch your wedding via Skype.I'll be ready with the cheese!
*sigh* thing is, I really wish you guys COULD come. I Mean, wouldn't you and Arlene join me in celebratory happy dance at the reception?

My mind during the day today: hmmm... Ummm.... *yawn*
My mind as I'm trying to fall asleep right now: Hey remember to pay bills tomorrow, balance the checkbook. I should tell my roommate about having a work evening and fixing up the backyard. Hey I have ideas on things I could paint. I wonder how the states got their names, I'll have to look that up. I wish I could ride a dragon.
It's like during the day my mind can be like an old version of Internet Explorer and at night it's Chrome with 7 tabs open.

For sure! I mean, I'm a terrible dancer but Arlene would make up for my awkwardorableness.![]()

We might have to convince Christian to post a video on your facebook wall of himself doing a 'YAY, You're married" dance. Just saying...
I am writing a book on the etymology of certain races, which is based on the Bible, genetics, history and culture. I want to write a paper and submit it to TEDx. I have to start weight-training and start bulking up. My band is getting back together and we are lining up a couple of gigs. So many things to do but so little time and energy.
Opinion question for you all:
So to be put in this position by my sister does not feel fair with the present state that I'm in. If I say no to either or both, I'm going to seem like a huge jerk.
So do I simply throw all of my cares aside to appease my sisters? Should I go to take my youngest sister to school?
In other news, this is starting off as a horrible day. Quickbooks isn't working (hasn't been for a few days now). My dad has already responded to my question about this issue in a way that tells me that the fewer questions I ask today the better. And I hate being so negative.
Unless it is going to cause a real financial struggle for you, I think you go in both situations. Honestly, do you know how rare what you have is? It is a new experience for your sister, and she is still making memories for her and the family. She wants her brother to be a part of it.
Are all of the other things weighing on you affecting your desire to go? If you didn't have any other stress on you, would you still not want to go? I understand how things can pile on, but this is still a big deal for her and a short term inconvenience most likely for you (not trying to make assumptions), but she will most likely remember your presence there than you will remember missing work.
Chandlerfan, explain to your sister's that this just isn't a good week for this. You need the hours because you need the cash. Tell your younger sister you will make a time with her to go to her school and visit her very soon. Sounds like you have a lot on your plate.
Thanks you two for your replies. Just reading through your responses, I think what I need to do is go. Especially in the light you put things in, hoss, I think you're right. And thank you for being so supportive, Fenner.
Can someone tell my brain it's bedtime? It's being stubborn and won't listen to me... Keeps running laps over and over again and I have work tomorrow...
This is so evil. hahahahhaha
