you've shared some pretty deep thoughts, I for one have enjoyed reading through.
It reminds me of something my husbands spiritual father/mentor once shared but I can't for the life of me recall it all exactly (he's gone Home so I can't ask him) so I hesitate to share/mention b/c I really don't know/recall enough to make the point,
but it was about during pregnancy the woman's water (which breaks just before going into labor) the blood (newborns covered in blood) and the new life (the new born baby)
the way he shared it and shared a deeper meaning of it just left me speechless and in awe.
maybe someday down the road I will be able to recall and be able to share it better.

I don't think he mentioned that Jesus is the head of the Church.Maybe he did.I don't remember.
A babies head comes first like the Ark of the Covenant went first over the crossing of the Jordan river.
Our jaw bone carries our skull like how the Levites carried the Ark.The ribs follow behind like the rest of the Israelites after the Ark, and the remnant.
The feet are last and are like the 12 stones left in the Jordan that are related to repentance.

The thumbs are in the image of the Covenants.His Two Witnesses,the water. and the blood.You can place the sign underneath your heart for the Ark of the OT.The Spirit of the Lord takes rest above it.
I place it under my chin to fulfil the Covenants and the final commandment.

The tongue of fire fulfils the final commandment and Covenants Jesus has given us.He sits on the mercy seat as head of the Church.
The jaw is the jawbone of a donkey and we carry the message of Jesus like how the donkey and colt carried Jesus to Jerusalem.
