Well, I am new here. I left a couple of other groups because I couldn't bear the arguments, I seek peaceful civilised discussion only.
I especially feel it is futile for Christians to argue with Atheist's. I doubt anyone ever became a follower of Jesus by being ground down and beaten in an argument!
I have no idea as to why some Atheist's invest so much time and energy fighting with true believers.
Anyway, I like to spend my time dwelling on the love of God, the brilliance of the Bible and the fellowship of Christians.

Welcome to the BDF!

Atheists come because even if they don't want God, they still want to talk about something important...and they know God is important. I'd asked God why they come if they hate God, and that's what he told me.

I just stopped in because i wanted to praise and thank God for everything he's been kind enough to show and teach me. And also to add how he's used me, too. I appreciate seeing him use others, but it seems to do something extra when you see him do it in you. Makes you think "I must not be worthless the way the devil tells me I am".

No, I'm not depressed, but when I see God using me I realize the thought was lurking behind the scenes somewhere.
