I know we shouldn't participate in Halloween, yet we prayed His presence come and guide us to be His as we oohed and awed over the princesses, cowboys and super heros.

Seems that only way people look at halloween is the kids get some treats and just a kick for adults with the costumes. Does anyone put anything much more into except for some fringe elements maybe?
 
The elderly lady who I helped with this said I was the only one who imparted this attention and caring to them, perhaps that was His action through me that we had invited.
We also gave frequent words of blessing to them, seeking to redeem what can be an event the adversary attempts to claim.

You just might get a Matthew 25:21 His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord. >>>>>>>Never can tell.

Contentment! Ah yes! I am as well thankful and content with His provision for my transportation as well.
This lemming like march to "green energy" reminds me of the warning against worshiping the creation over the Creator in these last days.
