I know that guy...It is this time.... good morning
He owns a chain of coffee shops and he is holding a bag from his line of specialty coffee.
There's a huge reason he is going bald...it's from banging his head in frustration of owning all those coffee shops. A million and one things go wrong on a daily basis that you have to make right.

That's because this guy is famous for all those pretty cappuccino you see. He got it started selling in America and becoming a new standard of what to expect when you visit a gourmet coffee house.
