We have a tradition of singing happy birthday over the phone if it is your birthday and it is funny to see how uncomfortable people get when you sing to them :) what a blessing to get older an what a blessing to have a family that cares :)

Not much just worried why I can't get on the app, do you think you might be able to find out off someone please?

like I mentioned, I don't use the apps,
but you might find answers in the User2User tech support forum:

or try shooting one of the administrators a message or tag @ followed by their name. Like this:
@RoboOp @Oncefallen
to let them know and find out if it's a personal issue with your account, well, actually I just tagged them for you, so I guess now just sit and wait or see if you can find answers to your specific issue in user2user.
My understanding, from what I've read in the past is that if this were something pertaining to your account personally that you would have received a message/warning pertaining to such.
But, since I don't use the apps, I really don't know 100%
