according to KFC UK website you can get as sides:

Fries, gravy, baked beans,coleslaw, corn on the cob, creamy mash potato, garden salad, southern rice.

I must admit I've never seen the southern rice or potato so it's maybe not in all outlets?

You're mot missing much. The mashed potatoes they serve here aren't very good. They taste fake like instant potatoes and their watery. But their other sides are all good.

mine have not been watery, instant but not watery, I like to stick with the gizzards and livers.
I like to cook my own chicken on the grill, hickory smoke, or on the George Foreman rotisserie.
 
glad i have already ate tonight ( 8: 50 pm my time) before i saw " liver and gizzards " .

not appetizing to me!!
