I wish I was….
But it’s also summer, and this is one of the reasons why I hate summer. I can’t stand the heat, it doesn’t sit well with me no Matter what I eat. Even ice cream can upset my stomach… but again could be stress too
I saw this and it reminded me of miss Ruby's Honeycake- let's see if she approves when she gets up and has some with pancake coffee.......
I invited Sula to join, she is new and seems nice. I think she will be happy here as well.

After the storms, I decided to hit the Lake this morning......didn't expect much because of all the rain we had, BUT was pleasantly surprised by the action! We caught a bucket full of Bream and Shellcracker, a Drum, and I got a good eating size catfish........ We were only there three hours too!
May go back Thursday if my Bro-in-Law feels strong enough. He is recovering from surgery.

Claim Jumper has a dessert simliar to that called chocolate motherload cake. It's just one big piece of cake.I'll have to look for that in SoCal, it looks scrumptious
