On another note (no pun intended), this website finally allowed me to become a paid member last night, BUT I'm still unable to start private conversations. Every time that I try to, I get a message which tells me that I need to become a paid member...and I already did.

What's up with that?

And, the way you handle that is to get the attention of the site owner in a friendly kind of way:

"Hey @Oncefallen and @RoboOp - could you please check into this? Thank you!"

RoboOp is the owner (and admin).
Oncefallen is the 'regular' admin.

Both are nice guys. I try not to "bother" them too much - but, they definitely are the "go to" guys for most concerns on the site - especially for things of this nature (your situation).

I just did - by putting the '@' at the front of their user name.

I was going to suggest the 'Contact Us' thing at first - oh, well - perhaps I should have left it well-enough alone... (sigh)

At this point, I would suggest that you might just be patient for now and give them the rest of the day to get it squared away.

And I know that I can come off like a duface sometimes...and I don't take myself so seriously. But make no mistake. My faith means everything to me. I don't get too involved with theological arguments anymore because I find them a metaphoric equivalent about "What the color Purple tastes like versus the color gold".... IOW two sides of an argument vigorously debated while both sides miss the point of scriptures to start with.

So why bother with such things. No wonder Jesus answered similar question with "Neither" more often than not. And today those same questions are being debated with the same vehemence.

If they ignored Jesus then why are they going to listen to me? They didn't like what He said (which is clear if you really want to know) and so they will likely like what I say even less.

But...
In the meantime...have another donut and coffee or tea.

Didn't anyone tell you that Cat in the Hat, Green Eggs and Ham, and Red Fish Blue Fish, have been determined to be part of the imperialist White Regime and therefore racist. (How exactly it is I'm not really sure) but it's gone that way with the cartoon character Pepe Le Pew... apparently his mysogny is legendary and a license to rape. (Nevermind that the black kitty is usually chasing him at the end of each skit and Pepe is trying to get away)
