Self-discipline can "increase the joy":LOL: ; albeit, that - uh - says nothing for the lack of self-discipline the moment I was "tempted" and decided to buy them.:giggle:
 
I suppose that I should have said 'prolong' the joy - 'increase' the joy is what happens when you gobble them all up at once...? (and, possibly followed by increased misery...?)

well, I did it. Cut ties with certain people in my life... and seriously trying to get myself out of this.. “rut” I am in. It’s one of those things where all you need is prayer.... lots Of it... and time with Jesus.

Anyways, just wanted to let you all know I’m still here. I’m alive and working things out. hope you all are having a blessed weekend.
