I have an idea, maybe y'all wanna participate. Share what your avatar name means or where it comes from.
Mine Black powder duelist, is about my hobby for old musket types of fire arms, duelist is about me against me, kind of a new man vs the old man senario.
If I remember correctly, someone started a thread dedicated to the meaning of user names.

I actually spent a whole hour thinking of my avatar name, unable to come up with anything. Eventually I gave up and just put "River, a name." River is not my real name but it's close enough lol.
Not a very cool reasoning to share but,, why not

@Amber1980

A 'forum' is a collection of threads on a common theme.

A 'thread' is a collection of posts on a common topic.

The word 'room' doesn't really "properly" apply to the forums area/part of the site; albeit, in abstract, it is about as good as anything else that represents a "virtual digital space" on the internet.

On this site, it is normally used in association with the "live chat" (audio/video) part of the site.

Hope this helps - or, at least, makes sense...
