I occasionally drink some Cabernet Sauvignon. Sometimes straight. Sometimes mixed with Sprite or Ginger Ale as a wine spritzer. I'm goofy enough. Don't usually need any assistance from alcohol...lol.

Friday's fading fast. Saturday will soon be here. The weekend contains days that are the first and the last. Two days to reset your life. Saturday to get out and do stuff that needs doing, and Sunday to recharge your body, spirit and soul. I know that the surge of His presence I receive on Sundays is what sees me through the coming days. By the time Saturday arrives, I'm ready to just throw up my hands, go out somewhere and shout all my stress away. Then Sunday is here again, and I am worshiping Him. Praises and prayers refuel my being, and I have peace within.

haven't read anything after this post, so maybe this has already been said (Magenta's usually on top of this sorta stuff)
but oh well here goes anyway
the tool bar on top your typing box has a pic of a disk (who still remembers those old computer disk from before memory sticks?) with an arrow next to it. It is the second icon from the right. THAT is where you can SAVE what you are typing. (periodically you might see a green dot, I think that means it just saved for you automatically- whatever was there to that point)

I've since come to learn that the problem wasn't with this site, but rather with the internet where I live which has been going in and out intermittently since yesterday.

oh, maybe I forgot to explain:
when you're typing (especially longer stuff) you can click that, and a little list shows up "SAVE DRAFT" or "DELETE DRAFT"
click "save" to save it.
Dunno if anyone else has ever noticed this, but sometimes you might type something, change your mind and erase it, or jump to another thread then come back later to the thread and see what you had written earlier still in the box (b/c it sometimes automatically saves) DELETE DRAFT is a good way to ensure whatever you typed that you no longer want to have there is gone.

Guys I'm so sorry that I've been out and away...
I've missed y'all bunches.
But I have had market issues after trading issues left and right. New Brokerage house software is great and better than anything else I've used before...but it's taking a minute to get used to it and getting it set up the way I need it to be...and remembering how to set itself up.
Then Cousin Joe's secretary got behind the wheel of the bus and ran everyone over with bond rates this week...backed it up and did it again.
It's not been pleasant. I'm barely up anything after going through all that work. I've made money and lost money all week long while trying to figure out how to set things up... keep trading and working on keeping up with the reading and aaaaarrrrrgggggghhhhhhh.
But.
Good news is that I got an appointment to get a covid vaccine... and my wife is estatic with me getting out of quarantine. (I'm happy as well)
So...I've been busy today getting caught up on bread making and sausage making. Made a couple of loaves last night and making garlic sausages today. Got wifey's desk fixed...and even laundry and kitchen fixed back up to clean status.
We are going to take some trips once quarantine is lifted...no doubt about that.
I'm singing that Martina Mcbride song..."let Freedom Ring"
I'm getting my straight razors honed up for shaving... planning on getting a haircut too. I'm tired of looking like Cousin It from the Adams Family.

Yeah, I never paid any attention to that floppy disc icon, and just now
glanced up at it while I was typing, and the green light flashed
