I deleted that app because watching the days made the time go by much slower. :giggle: I’m down to 1 year and just under six months. End of May 2022. :cool:

It seems like I am retired having turned 65 in February and then being laid off work in mid March due to COVID :giggle:

In case I was not understood.
How intelligent is it to remind people to wash hands if they have not learned one should wash hands before the covid thing, and then if they continued not to wash them almost a full year of everyone harping about washing hands? Do you think continuing to nag about washing hands on TV is going to make these people wash hands? Who are they preaching at? It sounds pretty insane at this point to me.

one can only HOPE, at this point...
 
Humanity is like a many young heirs of a king, to whom the king promised good positions and secure future in days to come if they devoted to governing themselves well. But in fear that the kingdom will be taken from them and given to some other of their siblings and that they will end up with nothing, they start plotting how to assassinate their father and the rest of the siblings, and seize power themselves. Although they could have asked for anything from the treasury, some get caught stealing from it instead and suffer great embarrassments before the court. Many of them being envious of one another, set the other up for failure. The king catches many in such petty schemes, and all the schemers lose their positions as ones unfit to rule when this is exposed. If only they stayed at peace and believed the father's promise!

Remember when we were children and lived from one moment to the next?
We did not know ambitions, desires, or worries about the past, or the future.
I will make no plans except to live in this moment. The present is good.
